Hotels on first line in Nice

Good location - right near main train station. Supermarkets nearby. Beach is 15 minutes away. Personal was great and helpful. Rooms and hotel a bit old and not super clean, but reasonable prices.

A relaxed place to stay. Very convenient. Close to train station,shops and walking distance to the beach. Staff were all friendly. Will stay again next time we come to Nice.

Overall was a great stay, we stayed for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Wifi wasn’t great but other than that everything was perfect. Staff were very lovely and everything was easily accessible

Quiet and quaint building with huge windows and shutters was adequate. The online photos show the best aspects, but overall the stay was just adequate. The walk to old town or the beach in 15minutes was the highlight

The Hotel was a traditional property with a vintage feel. Basic facilities but perfect for a short stay of four nights. Comfortable bed and room with small shower room sink and toilet

Our room was very small and initially had a little smell. Staff didn't change the towels or bedding or gave us toiletires until we asked for them. After that our room was sparkling clean, looking and smelling good

Fantastic position - so close to Old Town and beach. The hotel is on the first floor so need to carry luggage. We drove and parked nearby in the 24 hour car park - Park Sulzer - which is a couple of minutes walk away

Fabulous location for the promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Trams run right outside, 10 mins leisurely walk to the station and tram link to the airport is 5 mins away. A lovely little boutique hotel.

It is very close to the train station and the seaside avenue, and it is convenient to walk to the old town for shopping and dining. There is a supermarket next to the hotel

The two beauties at the front desk have a very good service attitude and helped me a lot. It feels great to stay for 4 consecutive nights. This is the most satisfying stay experience in Nice during this trip!

There's a well stocked, small supermarket next door (not convenience store) with fresh fruits, but you can find bigger supermarkets in a few minutes. There are good bakeries in all directions

There is a nice restaurant that is reasonably priced across the street. The hotel staff is really friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and helped us with a few things

The location was very central to key attractions. The reception was very friendly and we kept our bags to store room after we checked out. The room was tidy and comfortable

We had an apartment on the top floor. It faced the street but we did not hear noise from the street. The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked without an issue

This cozy hotel is conveniently located, a 10-15-minute walk to the embankment along a beautiful boulevard and park. There are no crowds of tourists around. There's no elevator, but there is a balcony (not all rooms)

The service is super polite and nice!! The waitress was smiling from the heart and she spoke good english too! Food is great! We had lunch. It was a delicious three courses meal and only 14,90e. Highly recommended!

We slept amazingly well better than 5 star hotels we've stayed at and that's what you're using a hotel for after all. I would recommend it to anyone who cares more about sleeping well than appearances

Ok so the hotel doesn't look like much. The hallways are especially warm because of the design and the rooms are very small. However you get a good price and a great location

And the best part, and the reason why I'll stay here again is the bed is the most comfortable (soft, cushiony) that I've slept in at a hotel in Europe and the AC is ice cold

Gracious and knowledgeable staff, although it should have mentioned that the hotel entrance was inaccessible by car but there was a parking lot diagonally across the trip

I enjoyed my stay a lot the hotel. In terms of price and location, the hotel is only a minute or two away from the beach. My room had portion seaview and was clean and tidy

The best with this hotel is the location just 30 meters behind the Promenade and if you book with balcony you have a nice view of the sea. We found the staff very friendly and they speaks english

The beach and the fabulous Promenade Anglais are 100 yards away and the stop for the tram (town and the airport directions) is about the same. We are in town visiting relatives and we like it !

It’s close to the sea and Tran station, but the building in front of it( between the sea and hotel) is under construction.

You pay for the views and location. Ok if you look for a place to lay down after full days of walking and exploring. everything except the beach is 10-20 minute walk away.

It is only about an eight-minute walk from both the Arenas area and the St Augustin Train Station, making connections very easy. The stay is simple and practical, with everything you need for a short stopover in Nice

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, clean, and neat. I especially loved the scent of the hand soap

The location is convenient, situated at the end of a metro line and just a 2–4 minute walk to the station. There is also a supermarket and a McDonald’s nearby

Very close to the station. The front desk service wasn't very professional, but they do offer free luggage storage. The room was old and run-down, and the toilet had a strange smell. Overall, it's a below-average hotel.

B&B Hotel Nice St Augustin is a convenient choice for travellers catching early trains or flights

Excellent location, right between the famous cities of southern France, all about a 40-minute drive away. Very close to the airport, with a train station and parking lot downstairs, and a gas station right at the exit

Very close to bus stop and train station of SaintAugustin. Straight and frequent bus to go to city direction. Also there are direct trains to "Cannes" and "Monaco" from the nearby station SaintAugustin

I stayed one night near the airport before a program starts. The room is spacious and clean. It’s not too far from the airport even if you walk.

Good hotel good service and a good location. The staff were helpful and everything was kept clean. The tram stops just outside the hotel to take you to the airport or into Nice town centre

It's right on the highway exit. The room was spacious and clean, and the reception was very warm

Great big family room with bathtub and large shower. But best of all were the receptionists, all sweet and helpful in more ways than one. Definitely recommend! Two stops away from the airport, very practical

The room is large and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to the old town of Nice and you can walk around the city. The price is also reasonable. You can cook your own food, which is great.

The kitchen is full equiped, but there is no teabags. From the second side of bed there is no plug. The staff is very kind and helpful

It’s an old hotel that just needs a little bit of refurbishing(painting maybe) Location is perfect. We walked down from Nice-Ville (train station), it’s about 200m to the beach and Galleries Lafayette is about 700m away

5 days in Nice Spacious apartment with comfortable bed. Great location with only a short walk to a number of restaurants and the beach. 10 minutes walk to the train station.

Good place near the centre and the beach, safe car parking, many places for dinner around. Double bed comfortable, but sofa bed is poor

They were kind enough to upgrade our room to a really spacious room. The bathroom had a really nice bathtub with the best shower. The living room was also very nice, but the kitchen was small for that size of room

Spacious apartment which we found to be clean and stylish and comfortable and well-maintained. Next time we travel to Nice, we will not hesitate to stay here again

A short and pleasant walk from the tram station that brought us from Nice Airport. A warm and professional greeting from the (excellent) receptionist

The location is in the old town. You can walk to Angel Bay and Castle Hill in a few steps. The room is quite big, but it smells. The location can be said to be very good, but be careful if you mind the smell in the room

We had a fantastic day at this hotel for three nights. Very close to the buses and tram to connect with all parts of niece. Celina at the front desk was super helpful and made our trip even that much better!

My family of three stayed at Hotel Palais Saleya for 5 nights in July and we couldn't have loved it any more! The location was absolutely perfect in the old town close to amazing restaurants! It was a short walk to the beach and farmer's market as well! The suite with loft was just perfect for my 23 year old daughter, husband and myself with plenty of space to feel comfortable

The hotel is located in the old town, in a great location, just a one-minute walk from the beach. The old town has plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options; everything is just downstairs

A few small issues (not all the lights worked, we couldn’t figure out one of the showers, and the coffee machine might have been broken) but we didn’t complain so they didn’t get a chance to help…

none of those were a big deal considering how happy we were with the place! They do offer an in-room breakfast, which was easy to order and arrived on time, but wasn’t that great

Good location with easy foot access to train station and old city as well as other major attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful

We did not try the room service breakfast. There is a little shop next door that sells quiche tarts perfect for two or for a big eater. The hotel has a pay washer/drier, an exercise room and a lift

We took breakfast every morning in the small terrance garden and the food is great! Our room are is relatively spacious with a light kitchen facilities, good for drinks and snacks too

Very friendly staff, and convenient location (5 min walk to the central train station, well-connected to various bus stops, and only a 15 min walk to Old nice and the beach. room was also spacious and clean.

We've stayed for 3 night in November and booked room with a seaside view, which is really incredible. There's also terrace available on the top

Although quite noisy when you open the balcony doors, you can the sea view is breath taking.

Nice hotel in front of the sea side : perfection spot! The staff is lovely, smiling and helpful. The rooms are neat and correctly furnished. In summary, the hotel is good!

The room wasn't big, but it had all the amenities I needed. It even had a small balcony, but since it was on a low floor, I didn't go out much. The best part was that I could watch Netflix on the TV!

The city center is very convenient, a 2-minute walk to Place Massena. The only problem is that the hotel has no elevator, the rooms are not cleaned every day, and there is no reception after 8 pm

Outside you’re right in the thick of things…great restaurants literally right outside the door, myriad stores, coffee shops and ice cream places galore. Two blocks to the beach promenade. Would definitely stay here again

It was a really great hotel, except for the fact that for some reason I couldn't use USB charging, and the only bath supplies (amenities) were shampoo and body soap! ! I was able to spend a very comfortable time in both the location and the apartment hotel! It's close to the beach and the city center, so definitely check it out!

Rivoli We choose the small room so was very tiny but if you are organized and doesn't have large bags it can work. The room was cleaned everyday even the shower areas which was nice. The staff is kind and friendly

Pretty good! We booked a triple room and they upgraded us to a six-person room, plus let us check in early.

Many young adults, great atmosphere and hostel looks really cool and aesthetically pleasing. It’s in the centre so everything is near, great connection with transport. I would really recommend staying there

Great Value for money Hostel. Excellent Location with access to Tram and Metro Stations within 5 mins of walking distance. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s coming to Nice on a budget trip.

The hostel is nice and really good location but i Dont like that you can check in only around 3 and then have to check out around 10am, to much Time for cleaning and to early to check out.
