Hotel located in the heart of Nice. It is 15 minutes away from the beach and 5 mins away from the train station. Also, the receptionist Philippe was so friendly. Would stay again if I ever visit again Nice. So good.

Very satisfied! It's conveniently located right next to the train station in the city center, making it easy to get everywhere. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate wet/dry bathroom

The in-room amenities were excellent – the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy, and they even had thoughtful touches like an electric clothes drying rack

The room was spacious and the hotel's location was excellent. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, though there was a slight oversight with the cleaning on the last night

Super easy to get to, though lack of air conditioning in the lobby made the arrival a little sticky. A great choice with super helpful staff.

If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers

Hotel location: The hotel is directly opposite the airport T1 and can be reached on foot. There are many hotels nearby, and the hotel prices are not much different

If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy

AC Hotel Nice is a bit pricey for the experience. The front desk agents are kind. It was unusually tacky to have paper coffee cups after my other experiences in Nice

Although we spoke in French, I noticed that she (and other staff members) had an excellent knowledge of the English language. We highly recommend this hotel!

Especially cordial was Maeva, who pleasantly, thoroughly and patiently answered each and every one of our questions on several occasions

In addition, there are many quaint shops and pâtisseries near the hotel. The personnel working at the hotel could not be nicer

The rooftop restaurant and pool are beautifully designed and you can't help but to be wowed by the view of the sea

She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station

We stayed for several nights, under a low season (starting Nov 1) deal. The hotel was very quiet except for Friday. The outside is very grand indeed. Inside it has been modernised, but not perhaps to everyone's taste

However, there was a lingering smell of renovation materials in the room at the time, which was a surprisingly rare and frustrating experience for my first stay in a five-star hotel

For my gym lovers, they have Technogym state of the art equipment, absolutely amazing. A few improvements for the gym for me are: add a few mirrors, elastic bands and mats

Location is fantastic, literally less than 10 min on foot outside of the terminal 1, you just get the tunnel down the main road and you get there

Close to beach and there are restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk in any direction. Our room was compact but cosy and had everything we needed and very clean. We were room only so can't comment on food

We did move due to noise issues. this is not the fault of the hotel though, due to central location there are early deliveries and refuse collection… after 5 nights we asked to be moved

Very nice boutique hotel located close to La Rue Anglais and Old town. Clean well appointed rooms- including updated bathroom with towel warmer. Staff were very friendly and available especially Kurt at the desk

The atmosphere of the whole hotel is peaceful and cozy, a perfect little haven in the city. For the price and the location, I think it’s excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nice

Sea view room is large and well equipped. Water sport activities at the beach is very near. The only thing missing with this hotel is its own swimming pool but when you have a great beach ahead it doesn't matter

Location is next to the sea which is good - consequently the hotel is quite a bit of distance from the SNCF train station so it might be a bit of an issue for travellers with big luggages

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends. Really friendly staff, great location opposite the beach and a short walk to the town/markets. Rooms are fine for the weekend. Air con in the double wasn't great

We had a great time at this hotel, It is centraly located in Nice city center. Service was great, staff are very helpfull. breakfast is recomended with many options for vegeterians.. I didn't have ant WIFI issues.

The hotel is very comfortable and very well located just walking distance from the Airport and Train. The only downside of the room is the small windows, but in general is new and very well appointed
