The hotel is well located for the train station and the Promenade des Anglais. There's a small unheated pool, which probably gets crowded in high season, as does the jacuzzi, but at least they're there.
the Hotel has a jacuzzi and a pool at the roof top. Their Receptionists are MAGNIFIQUE, friendliest in whole France :)
Location is fantastic for exploring all of Nice with 2 tram stops within close walking distance. The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely area to relax. Check in is from 3 pm and check out is 12 pm
This hotel is amazing! The rooftop pool and hot tub allow for the most amazing view. All the waiters we encountered were kind and accommodating, and Romeo made sure we enjoyed our time there
It's absolutely gorgeous, with a fantastic location, very close to the beach, and you can even watch planes fly by.
Great service. Premium room quiet small but nice balcony and very clean room.
Réception team very professional. Just limited bath amenities.
The roof top is certainly the Best view in Nice and great service
The staffs are really nice and the location is great!!
The hotel is in a good location. Not far from the sea. The staff is polite and attentive. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is normal.
Its a decent price for the location you are near promenade des anglais, place Garibaldi and vielle ville. And I do wish the bathtub was newer but all in all for the price and location plus excellent services
Walls were not that sound proof but it’s fine with us coz we are not light sleepers. But it’s very nice that they offered us early check in and free luggage storage service!
Louise is a very helpful woman if you have any issues or questions about where to buy things or the good restaurants to eat in, ask Louise. She is the sunshine of the place
Walking distance to Garibaldi Square, and near tram lines
The room was of good size for an old city. The housekeeping was great and cleaned the room everyday after we left the room
This is a very conveniently located hotel, its a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Our room was simple but clean, the bathroom was clean and functional
This was an amazing find. right in the heart of the city, easily walkable to everything, and the rooms and staff were excellent
Clean, good shower , very friendly check in. We’re advised of the closest tourist stops to visit. My only complaint would be that the AC wasn’t very powerful as it was hot in Nice at the time
Philippe was very nice at the reception, he even took his time to explain us where we should check out during the stay. His suggestions were spot on. I will definitely go back there again
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location of the hotel is great and it's just minutes away from many points of interest. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful
A great hotel, 10 minutes from the train station, which is very important, as we're going downhill. The location is excellent, 15 minutes to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby
The front desk staff is very friendly
It's small, but there is an elevator
It's very close to Nice Station, so it's easy to access.
The beach is 20 minutes away, so it's good for a walk.
great service, location of the hotel is pretty convenient with about 10 min walk from the sea.
I really liked the location: 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the embankment. The staff was friendly and explained everything
The room is clean, and the air conditioning works well. The shower is a little small, but you might get lucky and get a room with a bathtub
The rooms were clean, although the thin walls made for very good soundproofing, but that didn't bother me
This is a very central hotel withun walking distance from everwhere in Nice city: the beach, the old town etc. There are alot of cafes and restaurants nearby and very easy access to the main Tram line 1
The staff are friendly, even though the blowdryer did not work in my room, the reception found me a solution as I was late for my evening program. I recommend this 4 star hotel, it is clean and pretty cozy
The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful, making for a truly pleasant experience. The hotel's location is also fantastic, just a stone's throw from the city center
The aircon worked though and we had an hour use of the pool, which was very nice. Siwar at the front desk was very friendly and had great customer service. The hotel couldn’t be in a better location
It's clean and the access is great! However, the amenities are lacking. There's no toothbrush or loungewear, for example.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!
Sea view room is large and well equipped. Water sport activities at the beach is very near. The only thing missing with this hotel is its own swimming pool but when you have a great beach ahead it doesn't matter
Location is next to the sea which is good - consequently the hotel is quite a bit of distance from the SNCF train station so it might be a bit of an issue for travellers with big luggages
Had a room with a wonderful balcony to sit and enjoy the promanade d' englais. The breakfast was really good enjoyed the young man working at the breakfast I'm sorry I don't know his name
It’s perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy an evening stroll by the sea, take a refreshing morning swim, or set off on exciting excursions
The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming, the breakfasts are delightful, and of course, the location right on the Promenade des Anglais makes it especially appealing
This is a truly excellent hotel where many of our clients often choose to stay, and every time we ask for their feedback, the answer is always the same — a wonderful place
Hotel is good, the reception was very kind, the room was fine. They did take care of my special request for a crib and bathtub which was very much appreciated. The mattress is quite soft (not my liking)
Its basic but perfect for a weekend break. Location was great! Not far from sea front, shops, restaurants, and tram. Hosts were lovely and helpful
Rooms of good standard and friendly staff. Great location, close to the beach, promenade and restaurants but away from the noise from the night life. Three local Michelin restaurants next door but with affordable prices.
They went out of there way to provide storage for our two bicycles. The location is great, just beyond the bustle of the city but a short walk from many restaurants, the beach and the train station
Staff were so lovely and helpful.
Location was excellent and easy, minutes walk from the beach and the train station.
Review of Hotel Les Cigales
This hotel is a good choice for a short term stay (no longer than a week). The good benefits we had is that this hotel had car parking availability which is very hard to find in this area
I've been staying at this hotel for the third year in a row, and it's easy to see why. Its great location, spacious rooms, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere keep me coming back. I absolutely love this place!
You also get free crisps if you ask for them which is a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed the stay here and would stay again
Location is good, service people are kind and helpful, room is clean and comfortable
It’s an amazing new hotel with very sophisticated and clean rooms, furniture and fittings. The location of this hotel is very good with a lot of restaurants nearby and it’s just a 15mins walk from the pebble beach
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Friendly and knowledgable staff, clean, modern and airconditioned rooms, and a great location just 10 mins from the beach!
The breakfast was very delicious as well. The hotel has very comfortable beds which was great. And finally the service is top notch. What else do you need when on vacation. I highly recommend this hotel when in Nice
The staff is very friendly. It is very convenient to go to Eze Town. Bus 82 is right at the door. It is not far from the train station, about 20 minutes walk. The pizza shop at the door is delicious.
The location is very good, next to the old town, it is very convenient to go to attractions, change, etc. Facilities: simple and sufficient. Environment: the road at the door is under construction
Really great customer service, all the receptionists were helpful and nice. The location is GREAT, nearby the old town and the city center, and the area is not too busy
Walking distance from everything and the tram is just 1min away. The rooms were not that big but also as a tourist you are always exploring outside
I had all the comfort I needed, private bathroom and bed, and breakfast is also available, and it was delicious
The hotel is in a convenient location. The room is small but clean.
I don't think I found any photos of the hotel interior, but the room was very clean and tidy. In the lobby, near the elevator, you can get free hot water anytime, and there's also a microwave
Location could not have been better, short walk to beach, shopping, great bars, train station and trams. The hotel was beautiful and clean, great reception area and bar serving drinks and food
This hotel is incredibly close to the train station, which is super convenient whether you're arriving from Paris or planning day trips to other small coastal towns in the South of France
Dining room lovely bright and clean. Breakfast had masses of choice. Although room was small for a long weekend it was great cleaned everyday we were there. Pool area was lovely small bar area for early evening drinks
There's an amazing African restaurant nearby! I ate there almost every day during my three or four days in Nice; it was so good I barely had a chance to try proper French cuisine
Reception staff very helpful as we was English and couldn't understand french it was no problem for them to speak English and help us kind Nd friendly staff. Bar men 2 nice guys friendly and make great strong cocktails
Hotel du Centre is in a perfect location, very central and walkable to almost everything. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it very convenient for exploring Nice
Amazing staff Julian and Luisena were champions.
Perfect location. Would love to come back and stay longer . We already stayed a week but wanted to stay longer
The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A special mention to Julien, the receptionist, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay
Very helpful staff, excellent and central location. Very easy to access the town, railway station and airport. Would recommend.
Hug Cafe right downstairs was perfect for us to jump start our day with small breakfast and coffee. The beach and old town is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away
The room was excellent and spotless. Ada from the staff team was very helpful and courteous.
Safe private parking (recommended in Nice!) at a reasonable price, although 5 min walk away from the hotel and a bit complicated to use
Very nice hotel. I highly recommend it.
Very nice rooms and great staff. The rooftopnis equipped with a rooftop bar and a swimming pool. It offers a great view over the city. The hotel is a 20 minute walk away from the beach.
Excellent location for the tram and train. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Rooms a good size, staff really helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool superb but small. Great value stay here
A very nice hotel. The staff is very serviceminded and helpful, the rooms are very fresh and the breakfast is great.
5/5 stars, really recommend this hotel in Nice.
To put it bluntly, it is a bit confusing. The hotel facilities are not bad, but it is a bit old. I don’t know if it’s the water pipes or some equipment that occasionally starts at night, it’s a bit noisy
Ending the night at the rooftop bar was nice. The area was safe with some nice restaurants nearby in case you don’t want to go to the old town
The environment and location are decent.
The location is great, giving a nice balance between the old town and beach, without costing too much. The breakfast was very nice and generous. The room was modern and clean
The real highlight is the location - centrally located, a short walk to the beach, Colline du Château, and the Old Town, and close to transit for a day trip to Monaco or Eze
Both the beach and the train station are within walking distance.
The room was nice and the location was very convenient.
Particular handy for backpackers, who want to do some laundry. The room was a perfect size, and the bathroom was great. It has a towel dryer, which is nice, when you need to dry swim clothes after a day at the beach
They also had baguette, cheese, toppings like ham, scrambled eggs and greenary + fruits and berries - something I prefer. (I need my breakfasts a bit salty). The staff was helpful and welcoming
You can store your luggage at the Hotel if needed, which is great! Also a pluss for being eco friendly. You might hear the traffic from your room, but it shouldn't be a bother to most people
If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room that doesn't face the main street, or use ear buds. I had no issue, but I sleep well anywhere
The city center is a short walk away from the hotel too. Breakfast was simple but good. Typical European breakfast - which means sweet pastry
Convenient location, close to the city center and the train station. The staff is excellent and friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious.
This is a very good and very centrally located hotel. If you value convenience and being 10-15 mins' walk to the beach, the old town and the station, then it's a very good option
Also let me leave case on checkout for collection later. No breakfast to speak of: croissant and coffee. Good for main tram link to the shops/airport and beach ( also walkable in 20 minutes)
room is small, but service is veri good. the location is almost the center of all routes. it is easy to go beach, train station and bus stop for outside of Nice, just 15 minutes walk distance.
Nice hotel, not much around though. Near tram and train stations which is good.
The area can be a little noisy when garbage trucks come through at odd hours or people are on the street late at night, but ear plugs help. Overall the room was comfortable, but very tight in space
The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. We needed a lot of info about the area and requested several things and they were very accommodating
Only stayed for one night. We didn't even had breakfast. But what we experienced was perfect.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and a minute's walk from the tram stop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.
A good one, has Carrefour just the opposite, great service
Perfect for family with kids , closed to train station.
Just next to Line #1 tram Stop Liberation. Matisee musee is close and can be reached on foot. The frontdesk staff is polite and helpful especially the girl on day shift. No fridge in the room but can use the hotel fridge
I enjoy staying in the hotel and I felt safe with my family. The staff are very supportive and helpful and the breakfast was good for me and the location is very good near to Airport and close to supermarket
This is a wonderful place to stay in Nice. Great location to the airport and all the sights in Nice. There are more than one Ibis in Nice. This one is on Promenade des Anglais
As you walk along the Promenade it will be the Ibis that is PAST the Arena. The first Ibis is the Ibis budget. This Ibis is a little bit farther along. It is still very close to the airport and train station
Our experience in the little hotel was top. It is very simple and basic but we were there for convenience and location for only a few hours so it served it's purpose
The only problem is that the area isn't very nice but if you stay in the hotel, it's not a problem
They are a bit under staffed & only have 1 iron & iron board available which i had to wait for almost a hour, eventually they went to borrow one from another hotel
The gentleman who owns the hotel was courteous and downright lovely to deal with
Friendly. Helpful. Flexible. Great staff. Thanks for a nice stay
Excellent hotel. Good location, close to attractions. Everything is clean, cozy. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. We liked it, we will definitely come back.
Good value for money but not very private. Not ideal if you're traveling as a couple.
Good hotel, stayed between flights
Didn’t stay here because we accidentally booked the wrong year for our 2 night stay!! The hotel owner was very nice and let us stay in the lobby, charge our phones, use toilet etc
The hotel offers a swimming pool and breakfast is included with the rates
A great location for those who are looking to stay nearby the airport. It's only about 5min drive to the airport. The room is basic but the hotel has everything I need. Overall, satisfied with my stay there
Staff very friendly and very helpful. Wish I got some of the names to acknowledge them. We used the pool which was great. Hotel is basic but lovely, and just what we needed as a base
The hotel is near the airport and the beach, very convenient.
An ok airport hotel. Pool was nice in the heat. Staff very friendly. Rooms are a little tired. It needs a remodel.
Breakfast was a good continental!
Hotel quiet and friendly. You can hear the planes but you are right near the airport. Tramlines just down the road. Cheap to use and easy to get around
The Windsor Jungle Art Hotel was a great spot for visiting Nice. Close to the promenade and in the Carré D’or neighborhood. The staff is very accommodating and serves a nice breakfast in the garden
Comfortable rooms with large tubs are available. You can get a voucher for the beach club and even a massage can be arranged for rejuvenation! Tréy bien!
Characterful hotel. Staff welcoming, location both central and quiet. Room small but comfortable with generous storage space
Rooms are individually decorated by artists, so no two rooms are the same. Decent location (5 min walk from beach), and close to main train station (5 mins again). Lovely outdoor, tree covered, seating area with pool
Yes and yes. My favourite hotel and I have stayed in most of them in my life as a travel journalist!
Nothing great about the rooms though. Location - within a 10 to 15 minute walk to beaches or main train station, so location is good (not great because not super close to one great thing
