The hotel is very comfortable and very well located just walking distance from the Airport and Train. The only downside of the room is the small windows, but in general is new and very well appointed. The breakfast needs some attention as the offering and quality is very basic.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. Short walk from the airport easily, can walk. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Buffet breakfast has a nice variety & is kept stocked. The train is next door so it's easy to travel somewhere. The tram is not far down the street also.

The hotel is well located for the train station and the Promenade des Anglais. There's a small unheated pool, which probably gets crowded in high season, as does the jacuzzi, but at least they're there.

Room service food was not the best as it was precooked and was not heated evenly that the risotto was stuck together and looked like it was still frozen. It was not what I had expected.

Right next to the train station, it's super convenient for transport. You can walk to the beach and the old town in about 20 minutes. The room was really small; we had to move the table just to open two 28-inch suitcases at the same time. There's a hairdryer. Downstairs, there's a supermarket where you can buy water and snacks.

The room's location is excellent, right next to the train station, perfect for tourists. The environment and facilities are also quite good, definitely above the average Ibis standard, and there's even a swimming pool.
