Where to stay in Nice

I've been here twice and I really like the room. The room is spacious for 1 person. It's so quiet that I don't want to wake up. And it's very convenient to shopping centres

Great hotel in a great location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and there is a pretty good craft bar connected to the hotel. Also it’s very easy to get to from the airport. Take the L2 tram (Blue Line) to the 2nd to last stop and is a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Costs €1.70

Staff are super friendly which bumps up the rating. Pool was closed for our entire stay which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable, there could have been more choices on the cooked counter and the fruit could’ve been fresher. Rooms were ok, bed was squeaky, walls very thin, but to be expected from a mid-range hotel. Overall happy with our stay

We stayed only 1 night before heading to Cannes. It’s good stop if u arrive late at night. Hotel is in walking distance from bus station ( Vauban) - 800 m by walk. Room is clean, sufficient space to place your bug luggage. But the bed should be changed. The room has bathtub, not separated shower.

We stayed here as a family of 3 adults. The hotel was in a great location to explore the old town of Nice and all the beautiful attractions. The hotel was great. Good sized rooms with a free water dispenser on each floor being very welcome. The breakfast buffet was of a very good range and quality. We really appreciate the early check-in available to us, as we arrived around 10am. The front desk reception was so helpful, courteous, and very friendly.  The room was very comfortable, clean; it was a twin bed when we booked for one bed. Reception said they would fix it for us, which they did by bringing the two single beds together. It was manageable but it was hard for my husband not to fall through...

The location is good and the hotel staff is helpful. They even whatapps me before my arrival and I can check with them some of the details before I check in the hotel. I accidentally left my backpack and they called me and helped to take care my backpack. Great service from the hotel staff!

The tall slim male receptionist is amazingly friendly and he recommended and advice us not to deive to Cannes. He is absolutely right we did save a lot of time in traffic and the train ride is scenic and convenient. The restaurant he recommended is super reasonable and delicious. The hotel has a good location and a great sea view. The hotel is quite old, and as expected, the rooms are small. However, the problem is that due to its age, the doors and windows are not properly sealed, resulting in poor sound insulation.

Beautiful boutique hotel with protected parking lot in the courtyard, 15 minutes walk from the old town center and 15 minute drive from the airport, and a block from the promenade. Everything was beautifully done with attention to detail. We even found the little card which held the gift pencil and paper contain wild flower seeds which we shall enjoy planting.

The location was even better being just a short 8 minute walk to the train station that can be used to visit other coastal towns. Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and there's also a large Carrefour supermarket nearby.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The tomatoes were completely bland. An omelet, bacon, or sausages would have greatly improved it. We only had a large bath towel and a bath mat; there was no hand or face towel provided. Shockingly, we even found a hair amongst the 'clean' towels! Our room was not cleaned at all during our 5-night stay. They didn't even supply a basic plastic cup for toothbrushes...

The room was clean, but the major issue was the complete lack of housekeeping service; we had to empty our own trash and change towels. Furthermore, basic amenities were entirely missing – there were no teacups, no fridge, and no chairs.

Arriving at hotel there was a warm welcome, but in the first night we heard loud club music from downstairs in the hotel. My sleep was ruined. There seemed to a party, you don’t expect club music in a hotel. We asked about it and were told it was just one night, fine. But the night after there was another party!? Two nights hearing club music till 1 AM is crazy. Very bad.

I had absolutely no problems with the accommodation. The room and bed were always tidy when I returned from work. Despite its location in the center of the city, the room was quiet. The temperature in the room was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues and visitors to Nice.

Good hotel. Staff were nice and always cleaned it well. Only two issues: 1) around the afternoon time our room always smelled like eggs and farts. I have no clue why but it’d only happen between like 3-5pm 2) we had no A/C or a fan. Booked a quad room, and it was incredibly small, probably less than 18 square meters spread across two levels. It's very old and the cleanliness was just okay. The hotel's location is excellent, right on a bustling main street, yet surprisingly quiet in the rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy, with windows for ventilation and central air conditioning. AC Hotel Nice is a bit pricey for the experience. The lobby is very nice. The front desk agents are kind. But the rooms are just ok. It was unusually tacky to have paper coffee cups after my other experiences in Nice. The rooftop restaurant and pool are beautifully designed and you can't help but to be wowed by the view of the sea.
