Really great customer service, all the receptionists were helpful and nice. The location is GREAT, nearby the old town and the city center, and the area is not too busy. Walking distance from everything and the tram is just 1min away. The rooms were not that big but also as a tourist you are always exploring outside. I had all the comfort I needed, private bathroom and bed, and breakfast is also available, and it was delicious.

We could only check in at 4p.m., but the staff allowed us to leave our bags in storage. The location of the hotel is great. There was mould on the ceiling in the shower. There is building work going on around the hotel and the room was small.

Took their time cleaning our room so we had to wait till 4 to check in even though we showed up at 11am. No rush to get us our rooms. Another one of our group found bed bugs. The front desk ask him to email the manager. Pretty sure that should be the front desks job.

Good clean room excellent value for money. Fast check in was appreciated. Only issue is it can be noisy from other rooms.

What’s more bothersome than a tiny space is when it’s not utilized properly and there’s no functionality of the space that’s given. No hooks or shelves provided to put your belongings which could have easily solved most issues. Barely any walkway space to open your carryon without you tripping over it. If you’re one person with a backpack for 1 night, it’ll work. Giving 2 stars because of the bathroom and location. Utilize the space better by making it functional for guests!

Location is perfect, breakfast is okay. Really tiny rooms :( you cannot even unpack your suitcase.

Decent on all counts, but no mini-bar!!!

Close to the old and modern quarters of Nice, this hotel puts the visitor in the central area of the town.

The good:
- convenient location
- nice staff
- free WiFi
- clean and quiet room
- decent breakfast
- public transport nearby

The bad:
- expensive
- room really really small
- no minibar--now this is a big problem if you visit when it's hot

Conclusion:

Hotel in my opinion for solo visitors or couples on short visits. Not bad if you visit when it's not hot. Not for families.

Clean hotel, with just the perfect location. Bus 15 that goes to Villefranche sur mer stops almost at the hotel, so when you're coming back you can directly go to your room and chill. Linie 2 that goes to the airport is also very close, so to the location is really great.
Huge setback is that rooms are tiny and toilet is not exactly isolated...

Too much construction. You cannot sleep in the morning. The noise is too loud! There is no notice on the booking about this. I will rate them negatively for this since the noise is unbearable

Ok so the hotel doesn't look like much. The hallways are especially warm because of the design and the rooms are very small. However you get a good price and a great location. And the best part, and the reason why I'll stay here again is the bed is the most comfortable (soft, cushiony) that I've slept in at a hotel in Europe and the AC is ice cold. We slept amazingly well better than 5 star hotels we've stayed at and that's what you're using a hotel for after all. I would recommend it to anyone who cares more about sleeping well than appearances.

The service is super polite and nice!!
The waitress was smiling from the heart and she spoke good english too!
Food is great! We had lunch. It was a delicious three courses meal and only 14,90e.
Highly recommended!

Fantastic little boutique hotel with superb customer service. Owner was onsite each day and always asked how he could help us. It is situated only steps from more dining and bars than you could visit in a year, but you don't need to because it has it's own excellent cafe. This is an old, artsy hotel in the old town, so yes, rooms are smaller, but stylish. Parking is available nearby in the Parking Promenade des Arts across the street and a block down.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town and close to the Place Garibaldi, but the rooms are very small and, despite the artists themes, not very attractive and a bit down at heel. Not recommended.

Bedbugs. I wouldn't stay here. Originally I was moderately happy with my hotel considering it was affordable. But then the electricity kept turning off, the "continental breakfast" was a joke, and I found bedbugs in my room and ended up losing a lot of money form canceling my reservation.
