Graphic Hotel in Batumi

We stayed in hotel for 3 days

First experience was broken tap with low maintenance
Torn bath towels with bad smell. Limited breakfast no coffee machine. They kept coffee n tea in jugs. Not filling finished breakfast items .changed rooms 3 Times

The only positive aspect of my stay was the room itself — it was bright, airy, spacious, and had a nice sea view. The design made good use of natural light, which created a pleasant atmosphere inside the room. However, my overall experience was far from relaxing. Early in the mornings, the housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the corridors — talking, shouting, and making noise while working. Everything they did was incredibly noisy, and I was woken up early two mornings in a row because of it. It was very disturbing. I also found the room cleaning to be below expectations. Another major issue was the room temperature — it was uncomfortably cold. Even after running the air conditioner for hours, the room never warmed up. The staff in the breakfast area were also quite unfriendly and unprofessional. One of them even tried to take my plate while I was still eating. I didn’t encounter a single warm or welcoming face. On the contrary, I felt uncomfortable due to the strange looks I was getting, which ultimately led me to change hotels. As for the location, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old City, so it’s not exactly central. Although the room had some positive qualities, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.
