Great hotel, room is big and clean. Breakfast is delicious hearty, lunch and dinner can also be in the hotel by request is not expensive. The sea is clean near 5 minutes walking. The beach is clean. The staff is very helpful.

Good day to all, the hotel is a good new one, I really liked the hospitality of the Zvyadi host (wine, chacha are delicious). To the sea 5 minutes. Breakfast is included in the room rate (deliciously satisfying) the cook cooks well. You can order lunch and dinner, an average of 7-8 GEL per person, large portions. In general, very, very pleased that they came here

I really enjoyed living here, I lived for 2 weeks, a very cozy quiet place and a wonderful family, a very responsive hostess for all requests, in general, 5+ I will come again. and the nature around the hotel and the hotel itself really liked

Very close to the beach is a small hotel with clean rooms. No view, there was no single e in the room. Ts slippers. Has a parking space. The water in the bathroom comes in very well, which makes bathing enjoyable, but the vent was damaged which caused noise when the light was turned on in the bathroom, hopefully this flaw will be rectified.

I have spent a month here with my family of 3 in early summer of 2015. My first time in Georgia. I liked the place as it is quite and cozy, very near to the beach and to the bus station. The owners are honorable Georgian family, very helpful and considerate. A nice guy called Merab was fixing his motorcycle the whole month under my windows, but no noise was produced by him.

The location is good. Very close to the sea. Nice rooms. Wi-Fi worked fine all the time rest. The TV and the small refrigerator did not let down either. Good and helpful hosts. However, in my opinion, in a local cafe (and in general, in this village) it is expensive to eat fully: in Batumi it can be done twice as cheap

I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all. Third one is used by stuff to clean up carpet at prime time(why not), and the last one, that I was waiting for 30 minutes, and the it was stopping on each floor all the way down, when it came to Ground level, and the next one...

They try to give us a lower cost room. We lost 30 minutes to change rooms and floors. Finally we get the room which we had booked.

However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. The amenities are quite good, the rooms are clean, and the beach is close. The McDonald's next door is also large and nice, perfect for breakfast, but you have to arrive before 10:00 AM to avoid rush hour and slow food delivery. Now, the bad part: the service is abysmal. They require check-in after 4:00 PM, but won't let you check in earlier. Your luggage is left in a mess in the lobby, with no luggage...

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

Everything is beautiful and clean I like everything about this place

The hotel does not have a gym or spa. There is a private spa that does not belong to the hotel for a fee. I was explained that the cost of entry is 100 GEL and there is a discount for hotel guests. The supplement must be taken into account in the room costs.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It is impossible to find a hotel without calling, which is very inconvenient from the point of view of check-in service.

There are various shops near the hotel, which is convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to various places. I also recommend the Tangerine Cafe below the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, which was nice. The elevator was slow to arrive.

Very good and excellent for families

The room was clean and comfortable. I specially liked the views, the sofa to look at the window and the carpet. It was a bit hard to find because the reception is actually the tangerine cafe, not an independent one at the other side of the building as it says in maps.

We were accommodated in a sea-view apartment on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, they're very helpful, and they even offered to help us buy train tickets to Tbilisi! We didn't have meals, so we ate breakfast wherever we could, including downstairs. The staff was equally friendly and helpful. There's also a great cafe in the building next door. The elevators are efficient...

The hotel itself is a restaurant, and the food was quite good. Breakfast was a set menu, and we tried everything – it was all delicious. The apartments are upstairs; the family rooms have a kitchen and washing machine, which is very convenient. It's just a short walk to bus routes 1 and 10, the beach isn't far either, and there's a mall right outside. Highly recommended.

I really liked the equipment, everything was new, the room had a number, everything necessary (towels, robes, accessories, a kettle, etc.). The administrator is a very handsome man who greeted me warmly and answered all my questions. There is a construction site next to the building, but the double-glazed windows in the room are excellent - I couldn't hear anything. I will definitely stay here again...

I had a fantastic stay at GG Hotel Apartment in Batumi! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location on Shartava Street was beautiful. It was only a 25-minute walk to the beach, which made for a nice, scenic stroll. The sinks are clogged with them this morning, even though there are only three guests in the hostel and they don't cook. - It's cold. It's 10 degrees outside, but all the windows are open and the heating is off, so it's also 10 degrees inside the hostel...

Karvi is at a good location. Great vibes from hostel guests. Cooking facilities are great. Nice pods for charging everywhere and a balcony to chat and chill. The just need to increase no of toilets - one functional, the other dirty due to washing machine co-location so it’s always wet. Excellent stay!

It felt like a hangout spot for European backpackers, and it was great. Everyone was free and easy. It's a mixed-gender room, so I guess some people don't like that.

I was in this hostel for 9 nights and it was quite good: - clean, staff makes dry and wet cleaning every day - good public space - as remote worker it was comfortable for me, you always can find at least 1 place to work with laptop + there's good Wi-Fi in hostel - very friendly and helpful staff

For holiday we stayed one night in Cozy Loft. Its veryansın close to airport and nearby on mainroad. New nd well decorated hotel. Rooms clean and everything was good, staff and service was good. I have only one suggestion, generally Turkish people use that hotel and you can add some breakfast options for us. Except that price and performance was top level.

The location is really good, can’t be closer to the airport as it is. It was quite new hotel. There was a broken glass fence at the balcony, so I am not really sure if there were any safety issues. But not too bad all together. The room was quite nice. Very young staff, not much interested to help more than essential. Next time we would book something different.

Good location but choose the one with a sea view otherwise the scenery is not good. It is clean and it has good facilities. But, there is no iron and washing machine in all flats. And the balcony is too small, not efficient.

The apartment is acceptable location in the center of the city but very crowded. Near to train station, fish market and Batumi cable car. Staff was so nice and helpful
