The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, there is a luxurious casino in the hotel, the staff could have been nicer, the rooms are purple/pink, good value for the cheap price.

The location , rooms and staff : TOP NOTCH , breakfast: in a way good although the staff was late in my first day of stay here . The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. Many people panicked. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall. A great place for shoppers and people into the beach .

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip.com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good.

A beautiful, clean, and fully equipped hotel. An amazing studio, spacious and comfortable, perfect for families, couples, or a couple with two children. We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. A very beautiful hotel, but, naturally, very expensive, mostly rich Turks live there.

At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor. The rooms are not that clean. When I checked in they told me breakfast was not included although I had added it on the booking. The fitness center and the spa was really amazing.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The only positive thing is the location next to the shopping center and all the good restaurants. There was no cleaning for 2 days, the breakfasts were absolutely useless. Everything was withered as if it had been cut the day before yesterday.

New large apartments in a new residential complex, comfortable beds, all equipment works. The pool did not work. I had to buy washing powder, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags myself. There is no garbage container near the building, you have to walk a little along the street to the nearest container with garbage. It's a bit far from downtown. I recommend it to families who want to enjoy the quiet, but not recommended otherwise. It is an area where traffic is always congested, so it takes about an hour to travel by bus to the city. The accommodations are clean and have a washing machine, which is convenient.
