I would like to share with you my impressions of a pleasant vacation. The house is modern, very clean and close to the beach. Equipped with all the necessary equipment you may need during your vacation

I am very glad that i chose Madonna’s house for our vacation in Kobuleti. Modern, cozy,clean room with balcony. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all the shops and cafes

Our stay was made even more pleasant by the host who was very positive and helpful, thank you for wonderful vacation❤️

It's quiet in the evening, you can't hear music from cafes and restaurants. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a hair dryer, a table, bedside tables, a wardrobe (there's plenty of storage space)

We stayed at the guesthouse at the end of the season, in early October 2025. We had the most wonderful memories. Special thanks to the hosts, Soso, Shushana, and Rudi. They treated us like valued guests

Soso is always available to answer any questions, and will help with advice on restaurants, excursions, places to stay, and logistics. Special mention goes to the guesthouse itself: it's modern yet cozy

Hospitality: This is the main advantage! The host family does everything to make you feel at home. They're always ready to help with advice, suggest directions, and offer tea or wine. They're very warm and sincere people

The house is conveniently located: just a few public transportation stops from the city beach and tourist attractions. The fish market and Bonni Market (food market) are nearby

The room is clean and simple, but has everything you need: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The care taken to maintain cleanliness is palpable

It's a lovely, quiet place, with warm-hearted hosts who are very welcoming and attentive to their guests, welcoming them as if they were truly special

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The owners were fantastic hosts. The guesthouse was perfect for our short stay in Batumi. We were able to walk to all the attractions from the property

BATUMI Wonderland Guest House is a truly wonderful place where you feel home or, better yet, as the most honored guest for your hosts

We especially loved spending evenings in the new rooftop lounge, surrounded by wisteria and soft lights — it felt like a little paradise

Nice! Some rooms are directly with balcony to the beach with a excellent view! Host is very nice but can not speak English. Very pleasant stay here for good price

The lighthouse and the Bamboo Cafe are 10-15 minutes away. They always answer the contact number

1 directly overlooks the beach and you really think you are living in the sea, and the second one is 20 meters away from the first one, in the same yard. From both of them you are already at the sea in 20-30 seconds

There is also a cafe on the second floor of the beach building, where they prepare delicious dishes. The beach is a bay, on the left side of Castelo Mare. It was not crowded at all in September

There is a kitchen to do some cooking by yourself - but meals are also available. Some 5 minutes walk away is a Magazin/Shop for your daily beer and foot supply

Great location on the first line, clean and comfortable rooms, great hosts. Anyone who is planning a vacation in Georgia, I recommend to pay attention to this hotel

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is great to see how the hotel is developing and offering new services for its guests every season

My family and I stayed at this guest house in June and July 2022 and 2023. We loved everything, especially the warm, welcoming, and very hospitable hosts, Malkhaz and Nona

The rooms are affordable, considering the sea is 30-50 meters from the guest house. There's a kitchen where you can cook and everything you need, including internet, TV, etc

May the rooms at your "Green House by the Sea" always be filled with vacationers! I really want to come back!

In 2023, we vacationed with Malkhaz and Nonna. We stayed on the third floor in a triple room with a toilet, shower, and balcony. The room is cleaned before arrival, and there is everything you need for self-cleaning

There is a refrigerator on each floor. The courtyard and floors are clean and cozy, and there is a seating area and barbecue outside. The sea is a 5-minute walk away

A huge thank you to Mamuka and his family for a wonderful vacation, delicious food, and a very friendly atmosphere!!! Beautiful rooms, incredible views of the mountains and sea, and fresh air! Free transfers from the airport to the sea and back

In the mornings, you can have a leisurely breakfast with a magnificent view of the sea, practice yoga on the deck overlooking the mountains, and dine in the same restaurant with delicious food and excellent house wine

We checked in through booking, but due to problems with the aggregator it turned out that we took a different room. The issue was resolved in literally 10 minutes. The distance to the beach is not a big deal

:) I have a sedentary job, and I thoroughly enjoyed walking this path; the road is meditative, immersed in greenery and flowers. I timed it—the climb takes 25 minutes maximum

Those who are intimidated by the 1. 5-kilometer walk to the beach can rent a hotel on the seashore and live to the sounds of trucks driving to and from Turkey

Owners are nice people. Guest house has free wifi, ok rooms, and very pleasant garden with a kitchen and a bungalo for a very affordable price.

If you’re not looking to imbibe in the Vegas like shenanigans of Batumi, this is the place to post up. close to the Botanical Gardens and the chill beaches underneath it

Friendly family run joint that is a short walk to the sea. I arrived with no booking and got a nice room with a sea view for 60 GEL including breakfast

Forget about Sochi, Anapa, and other Gelendzhiks—you're wasting your money there. Come to Kobuleti at Midia and have an inexpensive and luxurious vacation. Great hotel, very friendly and pleasant staff
