A great place for shoppers and people into the beach

One huge hotel with a view to a sea. Great services. Very nice and large rooms (at least some of them).

The staff are too lazy, the pool were open butt there is no towels in the pool. they wanted us to bring the towels from our rooms

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety. Special thanks to Ms. Zehra at the front desk.

The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall

The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise

The hotel breakfast was a little busy though but the hotel managed to cater for the amount of people coming for breakfast. When you leave the dining hall there is also a casino in the hotel which was excited to go to

Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours

When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited

A fantastic beachfront hotel, boasting both lake and sea views. My friend had originally booked an apartment on ***********, but upon arrival, discovered their reservation had been canceled due to overbooking

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

We ended up booking the Hilton last-minute on Trip. com, and the service was excellent. The rooms at the Hilton were reassuringly good

The choice of machines themselves is small, but all the main ones for muscle groups are there. There are usually not many people

The hotel is right on the seaside and has a parking lot. It was drizzling when we drove to the hotel to check in. The hotel waiter helped us move our luggage from the car to the room

The hotel restaurant served delicious traditional Georgian dishes and local wines at reasonable prices, and the dining experience was comfortable

Upon arriving in Georgia, the front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded me to a suite upon check-in

Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet

I’d also like to thank the staff by the pool – they were very polite, attentive and friendly. We also liked the hotel grounds: a beautiful, well-tended garden where it was lovely to spend time

I was particularly surprised that coffee was charged as an extra. I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels, and everywhere else coffee, as well as drinks at the bar during breakfast, were included in the room rate

For a hotel of this standard, this seems very strange. Overall, it gives the impression that the hotel does not live up to its claimed 5-star rating. In my view, it is a good, but solid, 3-star hotel

The breakfasts were very disappointing: the selection was meagre, the choice limited, and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The waffles and pancakes were tough, almost rubbery

My wife and I, along with another couple, had booked sea view rooms for 5 nights, which were paid in full in advance, but we were informed a couple of days prior to our stay that there were no sea view rooms available for our first two nights there

This is while guests at all other hotels in that area need to cross the boulevard running along the coast in order to access the beach

The sea view rooms are larger than city view ones, have balconies, and give you spectacular views

The hotel is, I think, the only property that has direct beach access which is a plus

Housekeeping and room service was good and the only issue was that both at our fist check-in and also the second one when we exchanged rooms, no one brought up our luggage and after 40 minutes I had to go down to the lobby and take them to our room myself

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

Facilities: Maintaining the usual Marriott brand quality, the semi-open balcony offers expansive ocean views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset from our seats. The indoor pool is spacious and boasts stunning ocean views

The gym and spa are also excellent. Environment: Located in a busy downtown area, close to the coastline. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, and hotels

Best hotel in Batumi ever they have so many facilities and also staff are really friendly and helpful. Would come back again for sure

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti. During winter time there are less workers available in the Hotel, which is understandable

But most 5 star hotels are 25 years old and this hotel was amazing, especially for its price! $50 a day, for winter season

I wouldn’t compare it to other 5star hotels. 5 star means probably having pool, massage, fitness etc

They made beautiful rooms, but they didn't care about the guests. The beach is considered private, but there's a field nearby. People drive up, stop for a swim, and are free to use this so-called "private beach

" On the very first day, we couldn't get beach towels; there weren't any! How could that be? At breakfast, it felt like the staff either couldn't cope or didn't want to

The central part of the mirror in the bathroom remained steam-free after the shower which was something new for me: I was quite impressed with that

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service was decent. The surrounding area is great, just a short walk to the beach, and all the main attractions are within walking distance

You can enjoy a sea view from the balcony, and at night, you can even see the musical fountain

The hotel is decent, and the breakfasts are good. However, if you're staying in a sea-view room on weekends, you're in for a surprise: loud parties and music blasting until 3 AM.

As an international chain hotel, the cleanliness and hygiene were excellent, and there was a generous and varied breakfast spread. Overall, everything was good, and I had a very pleasant stay

However, the breakfast was too salty; it felt like they hadn't truly considered guests' varying tastes. This is certainly an area that needs improvement

In Batumi, the Las Vegas of the Black Sea, this hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the beautiful seaside

But the view is that: discovery, animal, NAT geo Wild, TNT, Ren-TV, and a couple Russian. Close to the sea but with numbers not seen it, I have a view of the pool. Bathrobes and Slippers are included in rooms

There are pharmacies, ATMs, local small supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurants, and lights in the surrounding area

**, nightclubs, and bars are worthy of the Black Sea Las Vegas😁

All rooms face the sea level and have sea view

However, the hotel was renovated many years ago and is a little old, but the service of the service staff is in place, and those old facilities can be ignored. Instead, it gives people a sense of historical immersion

Very nice and cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and clean rooms. Getting to Batumi city is not a bid deal

We got into a road improvement (a common thing for Moscow), but it doesn't add to the impressions of the holiday, especially when at midnight a tractor suddenly arrives and starts digging a hole(( It's a 30-minute walk to the Botanical Garden, but not along the beach, you'll have to jump and cross 3 rivers there, but along the highway, then along small streets

It is a few minutes' walk to the sea, but you have to cross a road with heavy traffic and a railway. There are several shops around, but there are no cafes or places to eat

The view from the windows is on the wall of the neighboring residential complex and partly on the sea. There is active construction around

The photo shows a zoomed-in view from the balcony and a crossing over the railway to the sea

Taxis are everywhere, yet, we would recommend booking through yandex / Maxim apps rather than using casual drivers

The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. The room had a rustic charm and the view from the balcony was stunning. However, the service was slow and the check-in process took forever

The Breakfast is always live music and the choice of dishes will satisfy any gourmet. On the ground floor there is a loungebar where always in the evenings, playing DJ and making hookahs

One of the few places where it is very warm and cozy even in winter. Great atmosphere, excellent service and food. I can recommend it to anyone who loves a comfortable stay.

The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, which was frustrating since I needed to work remotely. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

A wonderful hotel overlooking the sea, close to the Corniche and the Boulevard, and surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied

The staff were so friendly, Enjoyed the sport style of the rooms, loved the eco friendly system especially about water. Rooms was very clean and they helped us check-in faster due to our early arrival

The waitress explained they were finely ground into the dressing. The bowl was so big, this could easily have served 2-3 people. I then had the Black Sea sea bass. I little firmer than Chilean sea bass I’m used to

I did not stay at the resort and just had dinner. The huge, tree patio area on the cliff overlooking the sea made outdoor dining a wonderful option. I knew my meal here would not be cheap

In the Infinity pool you are not allowed to take photographs while leaning on the edge. There are not enough sun loungers near the pool. We were on an all-inclusive basis

Beautiful view, but the area seemed small to me. There are 10 sun loungers on the beach. But there were no more people. The room is clean, but the style is a bit old

They promised a sea view, but it was a pool view. The shower stall is leaking! The water is very difficult to adjust!
