Some shelves in the closet need to be updated and the furniture needs to be dry-cleaned. The towels need to be more carefully monitored for wear

Don’t be put off by the security they aren’t the talkative type but they are very professional and good at there job safety is top priority at all times and felt very safe thank you all for my stay see you sl again very soon

The hotel restaurant served delicious traditional Georgian dishes and local wines at reasonable prices, and the dining experience was comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere

- Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is ineffective and unable to solve issues — problems need higher-level decisions

Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline

I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years, and it never disappoints. Beautiful, well-kept grounds, excellent service, and friendly, attentive staff make every stay special

It is definitely the best hotel in the Adjara region.

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti. During winter time there are less workers available in the Hotel, which is understandable

But most 5 star hotels are 25 years old and this hotel was amazing, especially for its price! $50 a day, for winter season

I wouldn’t compare it to other 5star hotels. 5 star means probably having pool, massage, fitness etc

The central part of the mirror in the bathroom remained steam-free after the shower which was something new for me: I was quite impressed with that

The overall quality of the hotel was above what you generally find in Georgia in every way: we would happily stay here again

They have a zero percent beer option in the fridge which is good to know

The main attractive point of the hotel was the beach side and the view of the city from our room. For that I would give 10/10 It is a perfect spot for enjoying beach time with family

A very beautiful and cozy beach hotel. It is a bit far from the city center, but you can easily and quickly reach the city center with a taxi

There is a very clean and beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, which you can easily access from inside the hotel. There are always some clean towels in the courtyard of the hotel that you can use on the beach

Each room has a balcony with a view of the sea and the city beyond. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. If you want to relax, swim and sunbathe, I definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel with gorgeous sea views! Thank you sooo much for your wonderful location and service! The people working there are so kind and polite starting with the cleaning ladies to reception desk ladies! Breakfasts were perfect, the wide range of dishes and the dogs there are sooo cute! The rooms are well equipped and the Wi-Fi works well enough! But of course, the best thing we have experienced...

Because access to the beach is very easy and pleasant and most hotels do not have this option. The staff are helpful and friendly

Chateau Kvirike Kobuleti is a lovely hotel! Friendly manager Georgi made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The winery was quaint and interesting and we truly enjoyed the wines we bought there

I have lived in Georgia for 8 years so I have visited many restaurants in different areas of Georgia. Hotel Chateau Kvirike has a superb restaurant mostly because of their excellent employees

The best place to enjoy for weekends. Good experience lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. Full of entertainment as billiards, tennis, winery, old cars and nice swimming pool

Breakfast is really nice and on request you can get diner, which is also great! Swimming pool is spotless, same as the rest of the hotel. The private beach is really clean and beds and sunshades are always there

The private beach is worthy of praise: one has only to stop and look around in search of sun loungers and an umbrella, as out of nowhere, a specially trained person appears and now you already have sun loungers and an umbrella installed

Very lovely place. Possibility to choose only breakfast or three time meals. Own swimming pool, almost private beach, parking place and transportation to and from airport. Awesome host and attentive personal.

Lifeguards on the beach are doing a good job. We really loved our stay and maybe we will return even for some more days this holidays:)

I liked the cafe on the beach, we've been there 3 times. The waitress was always very friendly and quick. Schashlik, kebab, pasta carbonara and adjarian khachapuri are a must-try

The rooms are great, also you won't be spending much time in there because come in you can be at the beach in a second, waddaya want in that room

The black sea hotel is located right on the beach, it takes 1 minute to get in the sea from the hotel

Excellent location, right at the beatch. Very basic interior, but clean and friendly. Terrific view of the mountains and sea. Georgian cusine offered in a small restaurant at the beach.

But beach is not private as advertised, have to pay for lounges and ambrellas. Beach shoes are must to get to the water

The AC worked well and helped dry things out a bit. Breakfast was included and very nice. In the morning before I had to leave, I took a walk on the beach, as it's right across the street

- Breakfast is moderately disgusting: hair found in eggs, breakfast choices close to zero. - Cleaning lady took away the used towels without leaving fresh ones. The boys at the reception deserve ovations

I recently went to Batumi and stayed in this hotel for 2 night and honestly it was an incredible experience. The staff were very kind and helpful

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, the girl at the reception is very responsible!!!! We went with a small child, very comfortable accommodation, cozy, the beach is within walking distance! We had dinner every evening in the hotel restaurant, overlooking the sea, the view was gorgeous, the food was very tasty, especially shish kebab, khachipuri, fish!!!! In 7 days we became friends with all the staff...

Hotel "Green house" is located close to the sea. The hotel is designed for families and children. Children can ask for a supplement. The staff always makes concessions. The rooms have everything you need to relax

The host kindly serves up coffee. Such care about vacationers is pleasant. For groups of children, they even provided a free trip to the arboretum (educational excursion)

In this hotel you can spend a wonderful vacation, combining with excursions. The children had a lot of good impressions

There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

It's run by a Georgian Family. And the name Temo is their younger child's name. They are able to communicate in English very well. but they are doing their best. Their Hospitality is appreciated

The only problem which i faced is the charging plug 🔌 are not stable for my various chargers. But the Guy who runs the hotel helped me by giving an adapter to charge my devices and gadgets

Room was nice and it was facing the sea 🌊. Toilet also good and it was value for mone. I'm adding some sunset 🌇 view from my room in hotel Temo

Simple hotel with decent but not the best facilities. Excellent location at the beach with gorgeous views and possibility to listen to the sea right from the balcony. Nice bads with a bit too high and too hard pillows

My kids recently visited Lazuri hotel in Kvariati from Los Angeles had great time excellent service great staff and Kristina and David were very happy highly recommend. Thank you very much for unforgettable experience.

Decent & big rooms with sea view , quite place for relaxation and romantic place with sea and green mountains, the check-in was smooth and friendly staff room inside has a big wardrobe

Bathroom is on a smaller side. Overall really nice place for a short stay. Breakfast not available on low seasons, otherwise could be provided for additional price

Nice place, but they really need to take care of their rooms. By now, the rooms are dirty and smell bad.

Has lots of seating areas outdoors, perfect for reading or having alone time! It overlooks the beach, which is a stone's throw away from the house and you can hear the waves from the rooms, even with the occasional passing trains, which adds to the places charm

But the inconvenience of the construction next door and to the closest beach is very far away, and close to the beach natural, inconvenient, building embankment and water from this is very dirty

This is a great place! They have hotel rooms and cheaper guest rooms. The host of the hotel is a great man that is ready to help you, to give advice, arrange transfer to another city, airport,whatever

It's even good for taking short walks in nature just outside the gates. Very cooperative and hospitable family who runs the place. The indoor was super clean and comfortable

We stayed at the Palermo Hotel in July 2025 with a group of friends. The grounds are well-kept, clean, and spacious enough

Stayed in the older rooms but it was clean and good. Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Dogs a bonus.

A positive aspect of the rooms is the incredible view of the Black Sea from the balconies: the hotel is just a few meters from the beach, so the location is a big plus

Georgia is certainly a less developed country than Western and European countries, so the quality standards are different. From what I gathered during my experience, this hotel is good quality by Georgian standards

As mentioned, there are two swimming pools, which is definitely a plus; The only thing is, I don't know how clean they are or what the hygiene standards are. I just noticed that the water has a lot of chlorine

Overall, however, I had a good time. The most important thing in a trip for me is the experience. Georgia is a beautiful country, and what I think is fundamental is the ability to adapt!
