Hello, my family and I vacationed in July 2025. I can say about the hotel and the owner that we experienced the real Georgia; I've never experienced such a warm welcome. The food was delicious, laundry was free, and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had, even bringing us lamb and helping us grill shashlik. The location is very close to the sea. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

A very nice little hotel on the seashore. You can eat in the dining room on the ground floor for an extra fee: 10 lari for breakfast, 15 lari for lunch, and 10 lari for dinner. The only downside is the view of the construction site from the window.

One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Right by the sea. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem. A great place to spend time in Georgia without getting caught in Batumi traffic when coming from Türkiye.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty). The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent.

The best guest house in Chaqvi, nice view over the sea. Great place, lovely hosting family, great rooms each with couple beds, dressers and tables. Every room has its own bathroom. Small and beautiful recreational area right next to it. Very close to sea, on a walking distance. Very decent price and lovely atmosphere. Totally recommended

A great place for those who love a quiet holiday and want to live on the beach. Without too much walking. The guesthouse consists of 2 houses. 1 directly overlooks the beach and you really think you are living in the sea, and the second one is 20 meters away from the first one, in the same yard. Nice! Some rooms are directly with balcony to the beach with a excellent view! Host is very nice but can not speak English. Very pleasant stay here for good price. There is a kitchen to do some cooking by yourself - but meals are also available. Some 5 minutes walk away is a Magazin/Shop for your daily beer and foot supply.

In 2023, we vacationed with Malkhaz and Nonna. We stayed on the third floor in a triple room with a toilet, shower, and balcony. The room is cleaned before arrival, and there is everything you need for self-cleaning. There is a refrigerator on each floor. Friendly family run joint that is a short walk to the sea. I arrived with no booking and got a nice room with a sea view for 60 GEL including breakfast.
