Thank you for a wonderful holiday! The room was clean, the hotel was in a great location, shops and cafes were within walking distance, the sea was a 5-minute walk away. The hostess was very responsive! We will definitely be back!

The location is good. The sea is 5 minutes away. It's quiet in the evening, you can't hear music from cafes and restaurants. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a hair dryer, a table, bedside tables, a wardrobe (there's plenty of storage space). On the floor there's an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a kitchen with everything you need to cook. We liked everything. Thanks...

I am very glad that i chose Madonna’s house for our vacation in Kobuleti. Modern, cozy,clean room with balcony. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all the shops and cafes. The hostess is very hospitable and nice😍

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

We stayed at the guesthouse at the end of the season, in early October 2025. We had the most wonderful memories. Special thanks to the hosts, Soso, Shushana, and Rudi. Good hotel, hospitable hosts, pleasant relaxing atmosphere, from the host Soso you can buy both soft drinks and beer on site, there is a cellar with homemade wines and national Georgian chacha, we had a great rest!!!

We had a great vacation with my family, everything was great, most importantly, it was very clean and cozy, thanks a lot to the staff. I want to especially thank Soso and Shushan for their hospitality. I recommend it.

Very cozy, clean. The sea is close, fresh air, eucalyptus, pine, laurel, tangerines, we breathed in heartily. The hostess is the embodiment of feminine beauty and kindness. The best guest house in Chaqvi, nice view over the sea. Great place, lovely hosting family, great rooms each with couple beds, dressers and tables. Every room has its own bathroom. Small and beautiful recreational area right next to it. Very close to sea, on a walking distance. Very decent price and lovely atmosphere. Totally recommended

A great place for those who love a quiet holiday and want to live on the beach. Without too much walking. The guesthouse consists of 2 houses. 1 directly overlooks the beach and you really think you are living in the sea, and the second one is 20 meters away from the first one, in the same yard. From both of them you are already at the sea in 20-30 seconds. There is also a cafe on the second floor...

Nice! Some rooms are directly with balcony to the beach with a excellent view! Host is very nice but can not speak English. Very pleasant stay here for good price. There is a kitchen to do some cooking by yourself - but meals are also available. Some 5 minutes walk away is a Magazin/Shop for your daily beer and foot supply.

In 2023, we vacationed with Malkhaz and Nonna. We stayed on the third floor in a triple room with a toilet, shower, and balcony. The room is cleaned before arrival, and there is everything you need for self-cleaning. There is a refrigerator on each floor. The courtyard and floors are clean and cozy, and there is a seating area and barbecue outside. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. We liked the nearby...

My family and I stayed at this guest house in June and July 2022 and 2023. We loved everything, especially the warm, welcoming, and very hospitable hosts, Malkhaz and Nona. Malkhaz will tell you everything, show you everything, and even drive you around for a small fee. They will answer all your questions and requests. The rooms are affordable, considering the sea is 30-50 meters from the guest house...

A wonderful place to relax. Those who are intimidated by the 1.5-kilometer walk to the beach can rent a hotel on the seashore and live to the sounds of trucks driving to and from Turkey. :) I have a sedentary job, and I thoroughly enjoyed walking this path; the road is meditative, immersed in greenery and flowers. Owners are nice people. Guest house has free wifi, ok rooms, and very pleasant garden with a kitchen and a bungalo for a very affordable price.

Friendly family run joint that is a short walk to the sea. I arrived with no booking and got a nice room with a sea view for 60 GEL including breakfast. If you’re not looking to imbibe in the Vegas like shenanigans of Batumi, this is the place to post up.. close to the Botanical Gardens and the chill beaches underneath it.

Not a bad budget hotel right by the sea

We wandered in by chance, closer to night, looking for the booked apartment, didn’t find it, but found a wonderful guest house, where they took us in out of season, in the middle of the night, helped us with tea and wine, real Georgian hospitality is right here

Five stars for the restaurant - amazing khachapuri, great breakfasts. It's not very quiet because of the road, but close to the beach. Very friendly hosts.

Cozy and lovely plase with good owners, near the seaside. Place is comfortable and clean every time we visit them.

We were in Kvariati in September 2019. We lived next door, there were no suitable rooms in Badu. They came here to eat. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The menu has everything you need. Welcoming hosts. The cafe is small. While eating, the feeling that we were sitting at the same table with a large Georgian family did not leave.

Was here for a beer and a sunset. Sunset was perfect. Would definitely recommend to stop here to watch it.
