This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is great to see how the hotel is developing and offering new services for its guests every season. Great location on the first line, clean and comfortable rooms, great hosts. Anyone who is planning a vacation in Georgia, I recommend to pay attention to this hotel. Everything is great here!

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest

The check-in didn't work out smoothly but I can forgive this. The room price is reasonable but the toilet has a bad smell of mould which is a major problem.

Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. I've been to many places in Batumi, but this one has been the first where I felt at home. It's in a nice quarter, the rooms are spacious, room 22 has a beautiful balcony, room 23 is beautiful, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need,you have a washing machine and a beautiful view out of the windows, the atmosphere is familiar and peaceful.

Very good not expensive hostel with wonderful backyard garden, clean dorms and bathrooms. Hostel is in a good location, close to the main attractions in Batumi. Nice and helpful staff. They speak Russian and English well.

The location is good. The sea is 5 minutes away. It's quiet in the evening, you can't hear music from cafes and restaurants. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a hair dryer, a table, bedside tables, a wardrobe (there's plenty of storage space). Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)

I recommend the Smak Hotel in Kobuleti. The host, Gochi, is incredibly welcoming! The rooms are clean and spacious, with en-suite bathrooms, plasma TVs (in every room), and very fast internet. It's just 5 minutes from the sea. I definitely recommend the Smak Hotel for a family vacation!

A small guesthouse close to the sea, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The owner met us at the train station with fruit and wine as a welcome gift. The room is simple, but has everything you need. The only downside is the shower isn't a separate cubicle, just a drain in the restroom, and the floor is often wet and takes a long time to dry. But the price/quality ratio is excellent.

Hello, my family and I vacationed in July 2025. I can say about the hotel and the owner that we experienced the real Georgia; I've never experienced such a warm welcome. The food was delicious, laundry was free, and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had, even bringing us lamb and helping us grill shashlik. The location is very close to the sea. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

A very nice little hotel on the seashore. You can eat in the dining room on the ground floor for an extra fee: 10 lari for breakfast, 15 lari for lunch, and 10 lari for dinner. The only downside is the view of the construction site from the window.

The best guest house in Chaqvi, nice view over the sea. Great place, lovely hosting family, great rooms each with couple beds, dressers and tables. Every room has its own bathroom. The guesthouse consists of 2 houses. 1 directly overlooks the beach and you really think you are living in the sea, and the second one is 20 meters away from the first one, in the same yard.
