Great location! There is a swimming pool. The sea view is gorgeous. Clean and comfortable. Downstairs is a restaurant. Everything you need to relax! Kobuleti itself is a very calm place. There are no entertainments like in our south. There are few people. The beach is free.

We absolutely loved the food and service at Level Up. During our stay in Kobuleti, we visited the restaurant twice and enjoyed both dinners a lot. The beef stew as well as the Barbecue options were particularly outstanding. The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and a beautiful interior design.

A very cozy hotel, conveniently located, with welcoming and helpful hosts. We stayed for ten days in June 2022 and were delighted; we didn't want to leave. Unexpected gem in Kobuleti! Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled. Add to that the beautiful seaside view, and it made for a completely unexpected and memorable dinner. Totally recommend!

My favorite Georgian dish, “Ajapsandali”, is made amazingly in the beach. My biggest recommendation for the local cuisine ☀️🫰🏻

Family Store Summer Store is located in the center of Kobuleti, on Agmashenebeli Street. The rooms are clean and tidy. Special mention should be made of the hosts who try to create all the comforts for the guests. Bathrooms are also arranged. The house is close to the renovated boulevard and it takes exactly 5 minutes to get to the sea.

We rested from September 1 to September 11. The hosts are wonderful, sincere people, exactly 1 minute to the sea. The store is right near the entrance to the house, from there you can immediately take the minibus to Batumi and be there in 25 minutes :) I recommend ♥ ️

Excellent accommodation, close to the sea. Four of us stayed. There's a bedroom with a bed and a balcony, and a comfortable sofa in the kitchen/living room. There's a washing machine, dishes, clean linens, and towels for everyone. There's a parking space, and there's air conditioning, but we didn't need it. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here. The hosts are amazing!! The house has absolutely everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen (even sharp knives!!), and it's newly renovated. Furthermore, I couldn't get a taxi to the train station this morning, so the host drove me there himself!

A wonderful guesthouse five minutes from the sea. Three of us stayed there: my husband, my teenage daughter, and I, and everyone was delighted.
