Hotels with pool near sea in Kobuleti

I’d also like to thank the staff by the pool – they were very polite, attentive and friendly. We also liked the hotel grounds: a beautiful, well-tended garden where it was lovely to spend time

She helped me a lot during my visit and thanks to her recommendations and support, I truly enjoyed my stay, the food and the spa facilities. Her warm and professional approach made a real difference

I had a wonderful stay at Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa. Special thanks to Lanha from the reception team for her kindness, positive attitude and exceptional assistance

I was particularly surprised that coffee was charged as an extra. I’ve stayed in many five-star hotels, and everywhere else coffee, as well as drinks at the bar during breakfast, were included in the room rate

For a hotel of this standard, this seems very strange. Overall, it gives the impression that the hotel does not live up to its claimed 5-star rating. In my view, it is a good, but solid, 3-star hotel

The breakfasts were very disappointing: the selection was meagre, the choice limited, and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The waffles and pancakes were tough, almost rubbery

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti. During winter time there are less workers available in the Hotel, which is understandable

But most 5 star hotels are 25 years old and this hotel was amazing, especially for its price! $50 a day, for winter season

I wouldn’t compare it to other 5star hotels. 5 star means probably having pool, massage, fitness etc

They made beautiful rooms, but they didn't care about the guests. The beach is considered private, but there's a field nearby. People drive up, stop for a swim, and are free to use this so-called "private beach

" On the very first day, we couldn't get beach towels; there weren't any! How could that be? At breakfast, it felt like the staff either couldn't cope or didn't want to

The central part of the mirror in the bathroom remained steam-free after the shower which was something new for me: I was quite impressed with that

They have great hospitality, the pool is quite nice, and the food is also very good. I highly recommend it.

Food was really good. We tried a lot of dishes and everything was delicious. There was a little problem with english but what for are translators. You should try.

Great place, with delicious food, nice service and friendly staff

Best restrong, delishes food ...wine 🍷🍷 best and singer super...

Amazing stay, will be back bopefully. Loved the room, the service, the cleaners, the balcony, and Lana!

The location is super convenient: it's an easy walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Still, the hotel itself is quiet, so it's easy to unwind

the beach is also very close and overall Kobuleti really is a unique place to stay in summer. we will definitely come back!

Stayed here with a friend, and we honestly loved it. It felt really cozy and friendly, like we were truly welcome. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with lots of green space and little spots to sit and relax

they have a in-house restaurant which will serve you the best food from 11 am till late and we actually almost never went to other restaurants because it is so delicious

Everything was neat and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, bright, and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was great, fresh sheets and towels every day

the hosts are also very kind and helped us with every question we had. everything you need (stores, atm, bars etc) is within 5 minutes walking distance

The hotel also has a wonderful pool and an outdoor space for kids. Every member of the staff was lovely and very accommodating. The hotel is slightly further in the city but not so that it's uncomfortable

A great new hotel just a short walk from the beach. Rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and polite, always ready to assist. Overall, a very pleasant stay

The hotel is newly opened, and some rooms and amenities are still under construction. The rooms are spacious, the furnishings are high-quality, and the pool is large and clean

There's an indoor parking garage and the sea is within walking distance

Newly built hotel with a beautiful and modern design. Rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped with whatever you may need including a washing machine and a full kitchen setup

A very cozy and stylish hotel! Everything is new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The view from the window is stunning. Thank you, Meloso, for the comfort and care

Everything was excellent, very responsive Hostess and Manager, excellent cuisine !!! the recreation area with swimming pool on the territory of the hotel is very comfortable with a bar and gazebos, across the road and the central park - the sea

They are very funny, and they were playing around with my sister, making her laugh. My family and I have decided to come here tomorrow again, and probably even after that! I can only recommend this restaurant

We first ate Khinkali, which was delicious, I ate 10 at once. Today we're having Acharuli Xachapuri (georgian meal) and it was very good as well. The service and the people are first-rate

(I am only talking about the restaurant, as I haven't been in the Hotel) I just came to Kobuleti yesterday, as of writing, and this is the first restaurant me and my family came to

Writing about Ponto restaurant. Very pleasant and quick service, good food, tasty wine, nice atmosphere, prices are quite democratic. Recommended!

We had a good holiday and the children are happy !!!! We liked it !!!

This was an amazing trip, and staying at this hotel made it even better! I stayed in room 306, which had a stunning view of the sea and Batumi. Everything was clean, comfortable, and peaceful

Amazingly friendly and nice hosts. 200 meters from Black Sea. Close to restaurants. Hospital right next to the building. Rooms are ok. Bathroom is good. Nice view from the balcony. 9/10

The restaurant has a foosball and organises karaoke during the night. The pool area offers also a Jacuzzi. Go on the rooftop and admire the stunning view

We came here to avoid the busy Batumi and all its people, and what a good surprise. This nice hotel is in a quiet place offering amazing view on the sea

Excellent location with the great rooms and service. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. 10/10

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting !

The hotel is located opposite the amusement park and restaurants, the sea is a stone's throw away. Many thanks for the warmth and care to the hospitable and sincere owners of the hotel !!!

It is across the big restaurant, which made terrible noise practically whole night, couldn't sleep a second

It is a cozy place on the first line along the Kobuleti main boulevard, very close to the beach and other social places

A pool , a lift and cozy balcony to sit with a bottle of wine or dry the clothes

Otherwise, hotel is good, breakfast was rich and pool is amazingly clean

Gorgeous hotel! The rooms have absolutely everything you need. Wonderful stylish design with an internal open staircase overlooking the mountains, an elevator

I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff of this hotel – they are a wonderful team. The rooms, furniture, bedding, robes, and towels were fresh and clean, the breakfasts were good, and the pool was clean

First time in Georgia! We're so happy with our choice of hotel! The food is superb, the rooms are clean. The hosts are welcoming! The pool is clean. Nino said at check-in: "You're family now!" And so it is!

Conveniently located, they have their own cafe with delicious food, a pool in the yard and most importantly, great staff.

I was in many hotels in Kobuleti. A wonderful place! Very polite staff. Special thanks to Masha! A professional in her field. Free sun loungers and umbrellas for residents, excellent breakfasts.

The staff was very attentive and responsive. I plan to stay with you again next year

The best place ❤️❤️❤️

To sea on the doorstep Pool restaurant everything is

Nice place to stay, wonderful sea view, we loved it) Special thanks for the gift! Wine and fruits ❤️ is exactly what you need in Georgia

On the day of arrival we were welcomed and felt at home. Breathtaking view from the hotel window is another advantage of the hotel. The location is strategic and close to many restaurants, wine houses and beach

Super view gorgeous sea 🌊 awesome breakfast

A good hotel near the sea, tasty and inexpensive food, polite staff, clean, spacious rooms.

Before landing to Georgia i decided to keep in touch with the hotel to check on transfer availability from the train station in Kobuleti to the hotel. Reception replied literally within an hour with detailed information

Wonderful vacation! The most beautiful and sincere hosts who did everything to make us fall in love with Georgia! Nona and Zaza are messengers from God, in their big heart there is a place for every guest Thanks to all the staff that we fell in love with Georgia, thanks to their care and sincerity! Everything is wonderful!!!! Vacation, why are you ending?

From 3 to 13 July I had a great rest in your hotel. If you remember the guest from number 10. Everything was perfect, homely, hospitable hosts. Great staff, always smiling and positive

I hope once again, and perhaps more than once, to visit Georgia and visit you. Thank you very much for a great vacation

We are still at the hotel, but the thought that we are leaving tomorrow is very sad

excellent hotel, with wonderful hosts. Loved this place a lot 😍

We go here to the bathhouse. Excellent service

Great hotel, very close to the sea and with its own restaurant. The garden is clean and well kept, with a nice big pool. Rooms are not very large but well equipped with a fridge, AC, table, and shelves

Extremely kind hosts! Clean rooms, swimming pool, good price, near to the pebbles beach and restaurants. Not far from Batumi, black Sandy Beach and National Park.

Welcoming and caring owner. Close to the sea.

On the plus side: a spacy hotel with its own swimming pool, close to the see, delicious soup for lunch

Breakfasts were tasty, and kids especially loved the food. The only downside was some of the other guests. Many were extremely loud, sometimes staying up until 1–2 a. eating in the hallways or on balconies

Others come here to relax, not to listen to crying children or late-night dinners. Parents, kindly keep an eye on your kids and make sure they don’t disturb those around them

Breakfast is really nice and on request you can get diner, which is also great! Swimming pool is spotless, same as the rest of the hotel. The private beach is really clean and beds and sunshades are always there

The private beach is worthy of praise: one has only to stop and look around in search of sun loungers and an umbrella, as out of nowhere, a specially trained person appears and now you already have sun loungers and an umbrella installed

Very lovely place. Possibility to choose only breakfast or three time meals. Own swimming pool, almost private beach, parking place and transportation to and from airport. Awesome host and attentive personal.

We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. They have their own outdoor pool as well

The positive reviews about this hotel are real. Very attentive and helpful staff, cleanliness, order and beauty. We got a chic room, as ordered, with a view of the sea. There are no comments in the dining room either

+ Clean, quiet and comfortable room with great(!) martess, pillows and a large spacious closet. Nice courtyard with a pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. - There are no extra electrical outlets (sockets)

Good day to all and so I will tell you about the hotel gb. weak internet and a very bad refrigerator and otherwise everything is excellent. does everything to make vacationers feel good

organizes such excursions and tries to make it cheaper for people. the location of the hotel is excellent shops market 5 minutes walk so come and you will not regret

The large pool is a very good alternative to a stormy sea - you can have a nice day independent to the weather

The google map does not show the narrow passage to the seaside directly opposite to the hotel - you have only a short walk to the beach

The animators are taking care of children - it was the first time since long I could relax at pool

Nice clean rooms. Loooove the pool.

Very good location, very helpful and careful manager and team. The hotel is owner-managed and he cares a lot about his guests

Very good Hotel, very kind service, high quality service, very clean and organized. Love Kiparisi❤

The hotel is close to the sea, literally five minutes walk. Also close to many shops, supermarket, market

A hotel where nothing bothers you. We lived on the 4th floor, in a 2-room suite. Great view from the window on both sides. The sea is nearby, the market is nearby, all the food is nearby

Only 50 m to the black sea, but its far enough so its very quiet and night

It's a 5-minute walk from the sea. The rooms are clean. There is a kitchen available for use.

Welcoming hosts, very friendly people. Free transfer from and to the airport. Cleanliness, cleaning every three days. Quiet street, sea nearby, wine house with delicious wine a few meters away

The hotel is super clean and comfortable, close to the beach and main street with restaurants. Owners are very helpful and take care of each guest like you are a family member

The hotel has its own access to the sea and also has a swimming pool. The pool is big enough to swim. 70m The hotel provides beach towels as well as free sun loungers and parasols

It's old renovated, but clean. Service and staff are very good. Breakfast was included in the service and we had a choice of what to eat. The pool was great ♡

Everything was great! Especially the attitude of the staff. They will always enter the position. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. I recommend it for a relaxing family vacation

Great place to stay with family. Friendly staff great food.

Quite decent quality and prices for a Georgian resort. The rooms are clean, the furniture is not new, but complete and comfortable. Very sincere people work there. Change of bed linen and towels every day

The choice of food is small, but you will not leave hungry. There are cereals, fruits, salads. In general, you can choose a comfortable diet for yourself

Next let me shortly describe my positive memories: marvelous territory with many plants and trees, nice cafeteria inside the hotel (tasty food and nice prices), very good location of the hotel (near the sea, bus stop nearby), clean and fully equipped rooms, swimming pool inside the hotel

The hotel has a basketball court, a large pool and a cafe from which, among other dishes, you can taste delicious Georgian traditional food, the rooms are always clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, the food is delicious, also the beach is very close, which is a bonus point for me

Service was amazing, people were very sweet, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also really close to the beach, which gives opportunity for nice and relaxing walk alongside the sea even at nights.

Brilliant! An amazing hotel with beautiful yard and garden, very close to the sea, tasty food and awesome customer service. Friendly and helpful hosts. Perfect for team building tours (40-50 people).

Beautiful stay! Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The location is just perfect since the beach is very close

The hotel itself has very good pool and super comfy facility to chill during the day ❤️

Well, in the mornings, the "aroma" of sewage (by the way, this is a real problem in all the guest houses where we lived before). But there were no interruptions in water and the Internet, this is a plus

Check-in was quick, and we were immediately invited to grab some refreshments. We were especially pleased that Chef Nino was willing to prepare dinner to suit each guest's individual preferences

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and decorated in a modern style. The huge courtyard is a true oasis! It's beautifully maintained, surrounded by flowers, and the reception desk is right there

It's no secret that service and Georgia are unfortunately rare concepts, especially for us, spoiled by a civilized European holiday (and given that Kobuleti is a small resort village)

A very pleasant hotel. Kind service, especially lady owner. A very nice garden where you can sit and relax surrounded by plants, flowers and a small pond with a fountain.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is within walking distance, not far from the central park, at the exit from the hotel there is a 24-hour network market
