This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.

Nice hotel with great staff, decent size rooms and free breakfast. Pool was big with a shallow part also for kids. Unfortunately it was a bit cold. Free parking on premises. Price was ok, but the hotel is further away from city center, but near the beach.

Everything was excellent, very responsive Hostess and Manager, excellent cuisine !!! the recreation area with swimming pool on the territory of the hotel is very comfortable with a bar and gazebos, across the road and the central park - the sea. Great location! There is a swimming pool. The sea view is gorgeous. Clean and comfortable. Downstairs is a restaurant. Everything you need to relax! Kobuleti itself is a very calm place. There are no entertainments like in our south. There are few people. The beach is free.

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest
