My family and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the sea. The room has a balcony, air conditioning, and a large Android TV. The beds are comfortable, and there are kitchens on each floor. The hotel owners are kind and responsive. We loved everything.

During peak hours in July, the beach is mostly empty due to its vast length of 7-8 kilometers. You can rent a sun lounger and umbrella for 4-5 lari. There are also a few corn vendors. You can ride a banana boat or a tubing tube for 10 lari per person. You can also ride a jet ski or go parasailing.

We just returned from a vacation in Georgia. We stayed at Hotel S-326 David Agmashenebeli Avenue 326, in Kobuleti. We loved everything. The hotel owner, Sulkhan, was very welcoming and attentive. Everything was great. The host was very welcoming and offered wine and chacha. Rooms were cleaned upon request, and the food was varied, with something new every day. The portions weren't huge, but you definitely won't go hungry. You can also buy chacha, cognac, and very good wine at the hotel.

A cozy hotel with an elevator and recently renovated. Our room was small, but it had everything we needed. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is located close to the street, but slightly recessed, so street noise is virtually inaudible. The room was great and clean. The services left a lot to be desired as the WiFi is nonexistent unless you count 7mbps as a network. Could not stream even music without the network disconnecting. Called the front desk to see if there was an issue, and the response was “I don’t know, I’m on a different network down here than you are up there.” Then the next morning asked the front desk to look into it...

We only included breakfasts, but we were at the hotel and had lunch and dinner (everything is very tasty). Family Store Summer Store is located in the center of Kobuleti, on Agmashenebeli Street. The rooms are clean and tidy. Special mention should be made of the hosts who try to create all the comforts for the guests. Bathrooms are also arranged. The house is close to the renovated boulevard and it takes exactly 5 minutes to get to the sea.

We rested from September 1 to September 11. The hosts are wonderful, sincere people, exactly 1 minute to the sea. The store is right near the entrance to the house, from there you can immediately take the minibus to Batumi and be there in 25 minutes :) I recommend ♥ ️

The hosts are amazing!! The house has absolutely everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen (even sharp knives!!), and it's newly renovated. Furthermore, I couldn't get a taxi to the train station this morning, so the host drove me there himself!

A wonderful guest house!!! I stayed on the ground floor in a full studio with a kitchen. It has everything for a comfortable stay. A full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and even a tester!! Plenty of dishes. A bed with a comfortable mattress. Air conditioning, a TV (which, of course, I never even turned on). A wonderful guesthouse five minutes from the sea. Three of us stayed there: my husband, my teenage daughter, and I, and everyone was delighted. Friendly staff. Everyone will tell, show. But that in the room cleaning for a fee will say only after the fact. This is not a hotel, but a fore guest house. I think that explains a lot. But the location is quite acceptable, across the road from the sea.

The staff were very kind and helpful, some of them spoke English so we had no problems. There were shops and restaurants nearby so it was a convenient location. The sea was also close by.

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest

Nice hotel. We had a family room with sea view and a huge balcony. Nicely furnished. 50 m to the sea. They have their own outdoor pool as well. Breakfast freshly made. The only things that need improvement are wifi signal as it gets onn and off; warm water in the shower is very limited during rush hours (7-9 pm and 10-12 am)
