10/10 Hotel!
wow what a place! we didn‘t know the hotel before but upon arrival it became clear that we hit the jackpot. it feels like home and you‘re also treated like a family member. we liked it so much, that we spontaneously decided to stay 3 more days (6 in total). the rooms are nice, tidy and even in hot summer nights you‘ll get a good night of sleep.
they have a in-house restaurant which will serve you the best food from 11 am till late and we actually almost never went to other restaurants because it is so delicious. the hosts are also very kind and helped us with every question we had. everything you need (stores, atm, bars etc) is within 5 minutes walking distance. the beach is also very close and overall Kobuleti really is a unique place to stay in summer. we will definitely come back!

Stayed here with a friend, and we honestly loved it. It felt really cozy and friendly, like we were truly welcome. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with lots of green space and little spots to sit and relax. Everything was neat and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, bright, and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was great, fresh sheets and towels every day. The location is super convenient: it's an easy walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Still, the hotel itself is quiet, so it's easy to unwind. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, but never pushy. You can tell they really care about making people feel at home. If you're looking for a place that’s comfortable, clean, and has a relaxed vibe, this is it. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

I have long dreamed of visiting Georgia and very carefully approached the choice of hotels. Of course, there were many completely unreasonably expensive hotels with the renovation of a Soviet apartment and miraculously I came across this delightful place. The first line from the sea, a new and clean hotel, everything is very stylish and fashionably decorated. Breakfasts deserve special attention - it is simply a gastronomic masterpiece. The most pleasant impression of the city and the whole trip remained! In general, good reviews are rarely written, but I give this place 6 stars out of 5 and my heart. And huge thanks to the wonderful (most importantly polite and caring!) staff of this wonderful hotel!

I managed to visit this hotel, the emotions are unreal, the staff is at their best, very friendly. The hotel itself has a beautiful interior, a very comfortable bed, as we like, soft and comfortable. The sea is very close, shops, a playground, this is a very rare phenomenon. Thank you for your vacation

It was the best vacation in our lives! Georgia is so beautiful, its nature, people, traditions and color! The hotel is new, a minute from the sea. The sea has small pebbles, very comfortable and it is worth noting that the sea is the cleanest in comparison with the nearest cities. The room layout is thought out for a carefree vacation. We had lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, they cook incredibly delicious and the prices are very affordable. In your free time on the hotel grounds you can grill shashlik in a special area or play board games, there is even billiards. We are delighted, we will definitely come again!

1. We were very impressed by the hospitality and comfort created in this hotel. 2. The cuisine (breakfasts in particular) did not leave us indifferent, the desire to have breakfast or lunch outside the hotel disappeared!!!!! 3. The staff is ready to fulfill all your whims (I am a rather capricious tourist) to tell you where to go and what to see. 4. The hotel is located next to the sea (2 minutes to the water), new with an amazing colorful interior. 5. For me, one of the huge pluses was that the owners of the hotel are always there, SOOOO hospitable and ready to keep you company over a cup of coffee) ps: we vacationed at the beginning of June 2021, upon arrival at the hotel, they organized tests for Covid for us, we did not have to go anywhere and look for anything on our own!!!!!!!

Stay in hotel for week in July 2024. room was very spacious with enormous balcony. Room was clean and towels change every day. breakfast Cost €5 it’s good value for money. If you have any questions or problems, you can ask owner of hotel for help. No many European hotels, you can see such dedication like this!!!!

This is a general nice hotel but the facilities and management could be better. For example at the breakfast there is a lot of people and too little space. They could learn a lot from western management and service. There are better hotels in the area for similar price.
