Five stars for the restaurant - amazing khachapuri, great breakfasts. It's not very quiet because of the road, but close to the beach. Very friendly hosts.

We were in Kvariati in September 2019. We lived next door, there were no suitable rooms in Badu. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The menu has everything you need

Cozy and lovely plase with good owners, near the seaside. Place is comfortable and clean every time we visit them.

Was here for a beer and a sunset. Sunset was perfect. Would definitely recommend to stop here to watch it.

There's a veranda outside where you can take refuge from the heat or rain and enjoy your stay. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable, and the location is quiet and peaceful. The sea, shops, and cafes are nearby

Excellent location, friendly owners, very spacious room with comfortable beds and even a bathtub and balcony. It’s a bit of a hidden location, but once found it’s great. Even parking was arranged in a safe spot.

Very hospitable hosts. The house is beautiful, each room has its own bathroom. Slightly damp, but so everywhere on the coast. In general, I liked it very much.

The location is excellent: the house is right on the seafront promenade, a 1-2-minute walk to the beach. The train station and market are nearby. Most importantly, the owners are very welcoming and pleasant

Since 2012, with my family (5 people), every summer we have a rest at the Gold Hotel and are very satisfied with absolutely everything. God willing, this year we will come here for the 8th time

The rooms are normal, the furniture is not old, only the sofa was with a pit, everything hurts uncomfortable to sleep, it’s a little expensive for breakfast 7 GEL, for this money it would be possible to expand the range, or even make it free, on the first day they ordered khinkali for lunch, I’ve never been worse didn’t eat, it’s generally a shame for Georgia to serve such, they were all torn, almost...

And the territory is beautiful, the pool is cool

In the direction of the Botanical Garden (20 minutes walk from the railway station) the bottom is close to the sandy shore. The hosts are hospitable, friendly, treated to fruit from the garden, homemade honey

The little houses are wonderful!! Clean and cozy. Mandarin trees, flowers, birds singing. I saw kiwis growing for the first time 🥝 😱 The hosts are very welcoming and kind

On a positive side hosts are great people, they will help you with barbecue accessories and wood, you can order homemade vine or chacha. Parking is available on the premises

Lovley owner, nice, renovated rooms with balcony and AC. Very quiet there, you don't hear the big road. In the evening you can sit outside and drink wine.

There is no anti mosquito nets on windows as well. Internet over WiFi is unusable, had to share Internet from mobile phone all the time. After we complained, kitchen valve was replaced and toilet leakage was fixed

Air conditioner filters were packed with dust, I had to clean it in order for AC to work properly. And worst of all there were ants everywhere. Door knobs for balcony and bathroom worn out

We didn't feel any special care. The choice was made by children according to reviews, for parents and always with a kitchen, the possibility of cooking

We got poison for ants and after some time they were gone, but feeling of disappointment remained

2 minutes to the beach, the owners are very hospitable, there is a parking place, their dining room will not be cheaper anywhere, the rooms are spacious, everything is there except the TV, but there is no time to watch it if we come next year only here
