I had a good time there. The host is friendly and honest. I forgot my camera there and they gave it back to me one month later when I came to Georgia again. The rooms and the common area were very clean.

The entrance was a little bit hard to find, but that's the least of my worries. The host was super friendly, the room was tidy and the appartement itself was very prety as well
U have to go through the parking barrier to behind the house to gain entry (can be tricky if you are looking for the place)
The sheets are white and light, perfect during a hot night. The staff is very friendly even if their English isn't very good, they Will do their infinite best to help you out
Watch out for those tricksy stairs, my boyfriend fell of them during the night while going to the bathroom. we finished our stay in the hospital BUT it was our OWN doing
Clean, good wifi, good location just a stones throw away from the promenade, beach, and walkable to most attractions

There is a free private parking inside the hotel gates, as well as large outside parking (free as well). We enjoyed our stay, totally recommended!
There were also nice perks, such as a free ping-pong table and a free to use barbecuing area with beautiful feasting facilities, which made this hotel really special to us
Overall, it was a nice hotel with great rooms along with a terrace. Beach is very close within 3-5 minutes of walking distance. The open-air pool was also an advantage.
