Our whole family stayed in a wonderful three-room apartment. It was newly renovated and had all the appliances: a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and washing machine, but no microwave

Each room had air conditioning and a balcony. There was a crib and two bathrooms. There was a shared rooftop terrace with tables, sun loungers, and sofas. The sea was a maximum of 200 meters away

One of the best places to stay around Batumi. Cleaner and quieter than hotels in Batumi itself, and there's no parking problem

Nice hotel, buffet breakfast, quite filling. The rooms are clean. We took a room with a sea view, the view is gorgeous. We loved it.

The rooms look nice, and the hotel itself looks okay. But they clean the rooms very poorly. And the breakfast is very disappointing (I didn't think that was possible in Georgia; any roadside eatery will be fine or tasty)

The courtyard is small, so you won't be able to sit quietly under a tree—there's a road nearby and lots of people. The municipal beach nearby is quite decent

The house is located on the first line, 2 minutes walk to the beach! The room is clean, bright, the furniture is excellent, the plumbing is new, everything worked! On the territory there is a place for a car and a veranda for relaxing and barbecue

The hostess is friendly and responsive. The rooms are modern and clean, Wi-Fi without interruption, each room has air conditioning. The stop is nearby, 30 minutes to Batumi, 5 minutes to the border with Turkey

Was in September, the room was cold. There is a huge construction site nearby, noise from 8 am to 8 pm, even with closed windows

The elevator is paid, the toilet periodically smells like sewage, the smell makes its way into the room

The experience at Gurami's guest house was excellent. The best thing is the location! The bed was not really comfy, but the room was nice, and the shared bathroom also.

There is everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, iron), a spacious veranda on the 2nd floor with a view of the lively courtyard. Nearby there are inexpensive cafes, shops, a pharmacy, a bank

Just be careful with the entrance that is not in the main street but in the parallel one behind, and it took us time to find it because we had no idea. Highly recommended and perfect location

It was very quiet and super clean. Has all the utilities you can cook your meal if you wish, but there are restaurants across the street that work from early morning to late night

Mega and Vitaly, the staff, and Rusudan, the chef, were very pleasant. We were also delighted with the gazebos in the backyard and the pool. The elevator was also a pleasant surprise, as was the Wi-Fi on every floor

The sea and its well-equipped promenade are right next door, and the sea and beach are much cleaner than in Batumi itself. There are grocery stores nearby, and a delicious shawarma place recently opened

A good place to relax while on vacation. Come in the evening and wake up in the morning. The rooms are old but trying to keep them up to date.

The rooms are fully equipped for relaxation and living. There is a washing machine and microwave. Extremely responsive hostess! If you need something, they will always listen to you and help

The guesthouse is located a short distance from the center, but any tour bus or taxi can easily pick you up from here. There are several places to have lunch and dinner nearby, a couple of shops, and even a hairdresser

Pastries, fried chicken, and shawarma can also be found there. The main advantage of this place is the truly hospitable and helpful hosts, who are always ready to help, offer advice, and create a cozy atmosphere

Brilliant place to stay! Central and host was super friendly (so much so we were served home made chacha for breakfast lol) - room was awesome with a nice balcony view and very close to the black sea and piers with the restaurants

The location is excellent, the balcony is wonderful. They speak very little Turkish, but you can communicate in English. They are helpful and friendly people. We liked the cleanliness despite our meticulous nature

The view is beautiful from the balcony (direct to the square) on the top floor or from some rooms with balconies. Not far to the sea, just over 5 min. Of the minuses - in fact they practically did not notice them

The cleanliness of the rooms is top notch. Perfect location - the beach, parks, attractions - all within walking distance. Upstairs there is a terrace with tables overlooking Europe Square

The only thing is that the walls are not sound absorbed. And it’s noisy on the street, because the area and a lot of small cafes are nearby. This did not create any discomfort for us
