The location of this guest house is a blessing and a curse. It is down a road that tests your car's shocks as well as your spine. There are ways to avoid parts by trying to get on the road closer to the sea, but those are intermittent. For some reason, the partial roads are much better than the direct road. Because it's more difficult to get here, there are hardly any visitors on the beach. Which means there are no beach chairs. But this part of the Black Sea is sand, so just throw a towel down! The guest house is quite adequate and has a kitchen with two fridges that you can use at your convenience. Also several tables that make it look like there is a restaurant, but at my time of visiting, there was not. That could change. There is also a restaurant and a bar/restaurant close, towards the beach. So you won't starve. And the Nikora market is at the beginning of the terrible road, so grab your items on your way in!

Very good hotel 40 m from the beach in the forest, nice stuff and very comfortable rooms.The rooms are nice and very clean, everything is done for a nice rest.Tanks for the administration. The next year will also come.
