Boulevard Hotel Batumi in Batumi

First impression was amazing. But my last day in a hotel was awful. I left my necklace on the bedside table. I am sure about it, because those morning I saw it there and didn’t wear it. I checked out and left my luggage for storage there. After few hours I noticed that I forgot my necklace and came back to the hotel. I understand that it’s under my responsibility that I didn’t check properly things before my check-out. But I am very disappointed with the service at this hotel. I am absolutely certain that I left my necklace on the table in my room in the morning before check-out. After I left, the room was cleaned, and the item disappeared. Although the reception insists that nothing was found, there is a very high probability that one of the staff members took it. This situation shows a serious lack of responsibility and reliability in the hotel’s service. I expected that my belongings would be safe in the room, and I trusted the hotel staff. Unfortunately, this trust has been broken.
