The Perfect Room in Kutaisi
Great room, great staff, great everything. Friendly little hotel that's walking distance of everything in Kutaisi and far enough that it was quiet. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice and clean stay near centre
The hotel is very clean and in a great location just a few minutes from the centre. Good breakfast selection. Was given option by the kind lady at reception to upgrade room to balcony room at no extra cost.

Gala is an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting the city. Young woman who is running the hotel (perhaps she is the owner as well) is very hands-on and accommodating, ensuring that guests have a smooth and relaxing experience. She goes the extra mile by providing travel guides and suggesting the best and most affordable transportation options. The rooms are super-cleaned and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a perfect location, is clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel is just few steps from the main square. The girl at the reception is doing her best to solve any problem we had. The room is clean with a modern bathroom. It was a good choice.

In this hotel we felt a true Georgian hospitality that we all heard about. I will not mention obvious offering of traditional food, but we also been given a cash of 200 lari (about 70eur) because we asked about currency exchange early in the morning before our excursion. It never happened to me anywhere in any other country. She could simply take euros from us is exchange to her lari, but she didn’t. Hats off to this human attitude and trust in people. It says it’s a three star hotel, but we had flip flops and dental kit in our room. Location is central and convenient. Owner put hers best effort and all love and care in this place, which we felt and appreciated a lot. I am happy to contribute with my money to the business like this and definitely will stay there if I visit Georgia again.

A well-maintained, cosy, no-frills lodging in a sleepy town where the manager/owner Tatja makes u feel welcome. She runs the show, in an impeccable manner, taking care of all fine details, apparently single-handedly round the clock. We really enjoyed our short stay in Kutaisi. Thank u.

The location is good, the customer service is very enthusiastic, and they verified and discussed the route for me. When I checked in, I was shown several rooms.
On the last night, I was woken up by a guest next door who was watching TV. The TV program was in the Caucasian language and the dialogue was really intense and noisy. I knocked on the door to alert him. The next day, he actually put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. When I checked out, I chose the noisiest news channel and turned up the volume. I hope he likes it😍
