The hotel is small, but really cozy and clean. The staff are unbelievably kind and caring.
We had an early morning flight, and the owner kindly gave us a takeaway breakfast.
I really appreciated their hospitality.
The location is about 7 kilometers from Batumi, but there’s a bus station near the hotel, so it’s easy to get around.

I’m a little bit confused, generally was clean in whole hotel, breakfast was enough, but swimming pool…. . In pictures look really nice but when you go there, something should care a little better.
Back to hotel, there are parking places, really near are shops and beaches.

This hotel is a 20-minute taxi ride from Batumi centre. It is a small hotel with a very small pool. That said, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was fantastic. In the end, we really liked the location of the hotel because Batumi is exceptionally busy with traffic and this hotel was away from all of that. What really made our stay enjoyable was the friendly staff. They really did try and make our stay as comfortable as possible and were really good to ask about Georgia and places to visit. I would recommend staying here.

This is a good and budget-friendly hotel. The sea view from the balcony is truly beautiful. It’s located around 7 to 8 kilometers from the city center, but it is close to the railway station and bus stand. The breakfast is decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying a bit away from the city center is not an issue for you.

The hotel was amazing — clean, cozy, and well-located. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s very close to the railway station, which was convenient, and although there was some noise, it didn’t bother us — though light sleepers might notice it.
What really stood out was the hospitality: everything was spotless, and on the day we checked out, they even packed us lunch to take with us — such a thoughtful touch!
The only small downside was that housekeeping didn’t replenish the shampoo after the first day. But overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel with all amenities.
Extremely clean, very tasty breakfast.

You can arrange a transfer.
It is possible to park the car.
The only downside is that you can hear the road and train at night, but here it is so comfortable and nice that this disadvantage can not even be taken into account.
Sea across the road, beautiful, clean beach, on the beach there is a nice cafe and there is also the opportunity to rent a deck chair.

Nice, clean and quiet place opposite the beach, close to a supermarket from the hotel. The breakfast is not varied. Few items. The train passes in front of it and causes minor inconvenience, but the place is very, very quiet.
