Communal Kutaisi Hotel in Kutaisi

A quaint hotel with character. The room was a generous size and well-appointed. The front desk service was very friendly. We also enjoyed dining in the lovely adjacent restaurant, Doli.

We had a lovely stay at Communal Hotel. The manager Christine was wonderful. This is a very small hotel, which is why we chose it. Located around the corner from the pedestrian white bridge. The room had a very cool vibe and the bed very comfortable. Although there are many dining options we ended up eating right at the hotel restaurant, Doli, it was delicious, only a few tables with an intimate setting. The food was delicious only outshined by the service. Would highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

A boutique hotel that has been tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail. The restaurant is also delicious; our best meal in Kutaissi. Special thanks to Akaki who made our stay even more comfortable!

We loved the property. We even celebrated my wife's birthday at Doli. Kristen was very warm, helpful and really considerate. We were just there for 1 night and had booked the suite with the bath tub. It was one of the most unique rooms we have stayed at. It was beautiful, the tall ceilings were just superb. The comfort with the staff and the room itself was impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Georgia, and definitely if you are travelling on your way from Tbilisi to Batumi or the other way round. The caves are very close and must see. The location of the hotel itself is amazing being so centrally located.

Warm and welcoming at checkin. We got invited to free chacha tasting. The room was amazing. Loved the detail , such as rocking chair, power full body shower, balcony and beautiful floor inlays.

My stay here was fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room had all the modern conveniences and breakfast was amazing. The location is just a short stroll to the center of town. I would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous room, hotel, restaurant, staff. Room with bath is magical. Decor is enchanting—felt like I was in a beautiful movie! Huge & private. Loved it.

Bath was AMAZING (so deep & wide!). Shower hot & huge (but needed shelf to put things). Strong, consistent WiFi. Very comfortable bed (but lower pillow options needed). Good climate control. Handy fridge, kettle, etc.

Restaurant food was divine! Heaps of marked vegetarian & vegan options. But room service was unnecessarily complicated to arrange & repetitive breakfasts were very boring, as I was there for over a week.

Great location: restaurants, cafes, major sites within easy walking distance.

Staff incredibly welcoming & friendly, providing fantastic service. Gaga & Kristina were angels; I was sad to leave them!

Only issue was 1 kitchen worker who literally screamed at the manager one time, slamming doors & hitting things. It was terrifying & she really needs to up her professionalism, as it's completely unacceptable anywhere, let alone an establishment of this quality.

Cleanliness could be slightly improved: desk mat was dirty & inside of drawer near the fridge covered in stains. Room also smelt like moldy sewage (a city-wide issue) when I checked in, so water should be run from all taps before guests arrive.

Pool pump noise outside window very annoying.

Early check-in & (not secure) luggage storage available. In-room safe tiny & not secured to anything.

But overall, fantastic & highly recommended.

Cozy, comfortable hotel which feels like home. Styled as an old apartment with bookshelves and real books. Great location. Nice restaurant and a bar on the premises, Pleasant, helpful and polite staff. Great place to stay particularly on a leisure trip.

Hands down the best boutique hotel in Kutaisi. Convenient location, beautiful interior, comfortable and spacious rooms, great pool area, and amazing food! Tasted many different food around the area and Doli (in-house restaurant) is definitely the best in town.
