I can only say that this room is at the level of 168 in China. The rooms in the local area that are better than this hotel are cheaper than this one. It's a huge pit. Ctrip's five-star rating is completely irresponsible recommendation! We stayed for 3 nights, it turned out to be 2 full days in Kutaisi. For us, the location was convenient, I arrived from Tbilisi by train. The hotel is next to the train station. Check-in is fast. The room is spacious enough, a comfortable bed, clean linen, towels. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, they give 0.5 water daily. Bathrobes, disposable slippers. Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room. We walked around the main sights of Kutaisi, from the hotel to the central square about 20 minutes. We were quite satisfied with the chosen hotel.

+ Pretty quite to sleep in those area. Easy to get taxi.
- Cold sunny eggs, untasted juice, cold filter coffee, pure conditions of vegetables. Room interior in bad condition and old & pure. Loudness from TV neighbors too much.
