Lovingly decorated and great amenities (with curtains, shelves, and power outlets in the dorm).
Unfortunately, I got bitten by bed bugs, and noticed it too late. I was able to treat my clothes in the dryer, and the host told me that he will take care of the problem. Although statistically this happens in almost every hotel/hostel at some point, for me personally it was an unpleasant and paranoid experience.

We spent few nights in a private room in Bao Hostel and we enjoyed very much. The vibe is very good and the room was cozy and clean. Micha was a great host.

Very sorry for late notice but its first time happened and we just got told about it.

Loved our stay here, the place has everything you need, a lot of information you'll need for getting around Georgia and the private room we had was big with comfortable beds. Loved it here.. highly recommend!

Beautiful Hostel, centrally located with all amenities what we all need as a backpacker. Community Kitchen with all essentials & free coffee. Comfortable beds with curtains, lockers with locks, all maps & necessary information, books & a beautiful Community space to chill out. I checked in early morning very comfortably as they shared all necessary details. Clean homely hostel. Must recommend.

I had the best experience ever @ this hostel in Kutaisi. As I was relaxing on the outdoor patio there was beautiful music being played @ the conservatory next door. I almost fell in a trance that afternoon. If I had to describe it, it would be the scene in Shawshank Redemption where Andy Dufrain puts the music on over the loud speakers in the prison. That’s the closest I can describe it to the surreal feeling I experienced. For a very short moment I felt that my soul was free from the bondage of this current life.

We had a great experience at Bao hostel - the host was very sweet, welcoming and helpful. It has a nice atmosphere and is also located very centrally.
