The best place in Lagodekhi. Well located for hiking. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Amazing outdoor pools and beautiful garden. Good restaurant and great service, the staff is very nice and helpful.

if you want to enjoy your holiday this is the best place❤️❤️ thanks for everything.❤️❤️❤️ realy heaven. in hotel cute wood houses bigest garden with corner for childes everywhere is placecs for rest. two bigest pool🏊. hotel is in two steps from national park of lagodekhi. prices aare normal and cheap. recomemded🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻👌🏼❤️❤️❤️

Many other restaurants in Lagodekhi where you can get a better meal at cheaper prices and not be treated like an intruder. Service in the restaurant is bad beyond belief - almost hostile. Sure, locals might be used to this loutishness and not complain, but if you're a foreign tourist the unfriendly behaviour make it the last place here you'll want to visit.

Great place, the hotel is nice. It is a bit rudimentary for the rooms but the setting, good food and nice staff makes up for it. Of course don't forget you come here to have a nice place to relax after nice long walks.

Given that it’s the most expensive hotel in the region, apparently you only pay for the location, given that you have a mountain view during breakfast and access to a pool.
On the other hand, we were in disbelief that something as basic as the bed mattress was absolutely horrible, you felt the springs poking through your ribs. The TV in our cabin was probably only for decorative purposes, it displayed no channels nor was connected to a receiver.
The staff was quite lovely but also extremely young (16-18) and untrained.
The image that is sold is that of an exclusive hotel, yet they hosted external events that tended to occupy the place and be slightly loud (but not during afterhours).
I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this is one of the rare times i felt that I received very little value for money.

Don't go! Absolute disregard towards guests!
1. The place decided to make a road on Sunday while having the most guests, starting from breakfast time in the middle of breakfast ON THE BREAKFAST PLACE. The car was riding in between 3 tables giving a great smell and taste of patrol to all the food. The noise of machinery was in the middle of the guest area non-stop whole Sunday! There was no warning about this and they still took the whole price, though nobody managed to get any rest! And of course none if workers wore any masks. No excuse on their side of course, other then - the receptionist apparently did not know it was planned.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Lost of green space and lawn. Close to the park, fresh air, al fresco breakfast and dinner. The room was nothing special but ok for this price. Most importantly it’s very close to nature and you feel part of it.
