Fantastic location. Friendly elderly couple running the place. Rooms are a bit rustic but for us suitable for 2 nights. Cute balcony and terrace.

Tucked behind the Georgian Parliament - looks very unpromising at first but actually really nice large room two beds and all facilities with great old quality wooden furniture left over from Soviet times.
Excellent if you're travelling on a budget - excellent value for money, but if you want a hotel this not for you.
Run by an lovely old lady Valentina who speaks no English. You basically give her the money, she gives you the key. Very chilled & quiet - as central as you could possibly be - what more do you need?

I liked the place

perfect location if you have a few days to explore Tblisi. The room was very clean and fully packed, and the neighbourhood was really quiet but close to vibrant areas.

AWFUL PLACE!
Very dirty and unsafe regarding the electrical installation. The furnitures are approximately 40 years old, especially the matresses which are so old that there is like a hole in the middle. The shower leaks from the bottom and the whole bathroom is getting full of water after a shower. Only the A/C is working but connected unsafely to a kind of plug. The cables get hot after a certain time! You rather don’t want to enter the kitchen otherwise you might puke as it is so dirty!
I really don’t recommend you to stay there.
