Very nice place - lake, mountains... Close to Tbilisi too. But food is below average, rooms are not heated well enough. With proper care could be turned into a Paradise

Room with the smallest window and cheap furniture. Whats the point of having a place near the lake without the lake? Choose the other hotel laguna next door.

It looks like bit old, needs more renovation, also the management looks bit old, needs new blood and new views, in general good place for meetings and conferences

Very old rooms, soviet style buffet menu, security personel is too uptight over nothing. Would not reccomend! Management at site is very poor as well. Their pool is actually repurposed fountain.

Took a detour on our way from Kazbegi to Tbilisi to have lunch there and we couldn't find the damn entrance!... i know that sounds silly but we drove around the whole property (mostly dirt roads) from all sides and we couldn't find the entrance... There was one closed gate which appeared to be abandoned, we thought no way that's an entrance to a hotel. We decided to ditch our attempt and continue on to Tbilisi. Disappointing that don't bother to put up any signs.

The lake near Ananuri, which is max 30 min further by car, is deeper and less crowded
