The hotel is located right in the ski resort, with a beautiful environment and warm, attentive service; the hotel's heating is excellent.

The room are clean. Nice friendly front desk.
If you are going to take the 930 free transportation up to the ski place, please be early than 930, they actually left around 915, even the front desk told you it’s 930. Or else you gotta wait for the 1030.
We ended up walk up. Not too far, 15 mins 20 mins walk. Without the ski equipment is ok, just imagine you need to bring all the equipment up there.
Plenty of steep slopes.
The breakfast is super good for me. I don’t understand why others commented that it’s not good. Why so picky. It’s better than any hotels I stayed. If you think you are better than others, just don’t stay, go ritz Carlton then…

We chose this hotel for a short overnight stay after a long trip, but due to a delay at the border, we were left with only 2.5 hours to rest. Upon arrival, we explained the situation, and the nice girl at reception offered us breakfast while she tried to resolve our issue. After breakfast, we were checked in and informed that we had been granted an additional 4 hours of rest at no significant extra charge. The room had everything we needed: a kettle, tea, water, and very comfortable beds with high-quality linens. We really enjoyed everything; we might come back in the winter for some skiing.

Not good at all. It's on the road and noisy. The breakfast and dinner are not good. There are too few options. It's so expensive for one night. It's hard to imagine that this is an international chain hotel.

The first-line snow view is open and unobstructed. The restaurant is very exquisite and tastes good. It is clean and tidy. The decoration is comfortable. Parking is convenient. Transportation is convenient.

If you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive.
Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK.
PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort.

We made a temporary reservation because of snow and road closures. We booked a family room, which was the best room with a king bed. The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast
