Veranda Hotel exceeded expectations! Ruslan at the front desk made taxi arrangements smoothly and offered a pleasant chat. Roman, the bartender, served up delicious cocktails. Their friendly service enhanced my stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Veranda hotel from 11.02 for a week.
I arrived late in the evening, and Ruslan met me at the reception. He was very attentive and friendly for me and other guests and always in touch.
I also want to note that the guys took care of late dinner for me. Big thanks!
Veranda is a nice place with perfect view in the dining room. There is everything what you need in rooms, even large heating battery and hanger for drying clothes after skiing. There is a storage room for ski equipment on the first floor.

I recommend ear plugs. The hotel can get very noisy at night. You’re sleeping above a bar terrace where people go to smoke, drink and chat.

Staff very friendly , you can rent used skies , skiing shoes for free , free transfer to mountain , food is one of the best in gudaury , 10/10 first time giving any place perfect score . Price was very low , too low but it was season opening for skiing so not many ppl was staying there

Smaller hotel, with excellent staff, who speaks perfectly in English. Bartender, receptionists, also cooks. Food was delicious we had a lot of fun here. Transport to/from Ski lift was arranged by hotel but is about 10 minutes walking distance. Receptionist noticed during check-in that I had birthday according to passport - so while sitting in the bar they prepared small suprise with the cake and candle - it was very sweet.

Great family owened hotel with amazing view and excelent home cooking. Host Nana and her husband Kote are always helpfull and friendly. By the way if you need a good ski instructor, you should defenetly ask Kote.

Cool place. There is a shuttle service. But here are the best cheese khinkali. Not cheap, not close (the biggest minus) accept cards for payment. The staff is cheerful👍🔥

We came to rest on 01/18/2020.
Cool, youthful place. Mountain view, hookah, bar, many board games. Sunny weather. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Tasty food.
