Roshe Gudauri Hotel in Gudauri

We’ve been coming to Gudauri Ski Resort for three years now, and it never fails to amaze us. Every visit feels just as exciting as the first — the views, the snow, and the overall vibe of the place are just incredible.

We can’t speak for everyone, but we always choose to stay in New Gudauri and book an Airbnb apartment. For us, it’s the most convenient option since it’s very close to the gondola. After a long day of snowboarding, not having to walk far — especially in full gear — makes a huge difference.

Over the years, we’ve stayed at:

New Gudauri Atrium
Block 4 (same building as Drunk Cherry)
Alpic (right across from the ice skating rink)

All great locations with easy access to lifts, restaurants, and activities.

We’ve tried most of the routes — from beginner-friendly slopes to more advanced runs — and Gudauri truly has something for everyone. It’s especially great for freeriders, with wide open spaces and amazing off-piste areas.

We’re from the UAE, and this destination is surprisingly convenient and close for us, which makes it even better. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to!

The Ticket booth for ski passes, the gondola and cable cars opena at 10AM and Closes ar 5PM.

Gudauri Ski Resort is a fantastic destination for anyone looking for breathtaking Caucasian views and powdery snow at a reasonable price. In 2026, the lift tickets remain very affordable compared to the Alps, costing around 70 GEL per day. I was blown away by the wide, treeless slopes that offer plenty of space for both beginners and intermediate skiers. The modern lift infrastructure, especially the Kobi Pass, ensures great snow conditions even into late spring. It truly feels like a hidden gem for winter sports enthusiasts!

Nice resort, easily accessible, lots of restaurants, ski rentals etc. However the roadways weren't cleared of snow and cars parked on side of roads make it difficult to access. Rubbish wasn't cleared and overflowed bins. Many police patrolling which is very good for safety and security. Very friendly people

Gudauri Twins is an apartment, not a hotel, which is ideal if you prefer more space and flexibility. They don't provide breakfast but it has a kitchen with oven and all basic kitchen provisions, you need to get your own groceries. The view is really nice, and the location is very convenient—close to the ski area, gondola ride, and ski lift. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay in Gudauri!

Top of the list to visit in Georgia. Too bad we visited during spring. But I promise myself to get back here during winter season and try snowboarding.

Really love the place!!! My first snow experience with friends! I learned how to skii in an hour! Cheap too! 140 lari for lesson and equipment rental!
