Alpina Hotel in Gudauri

I agree with the extremely negative opinion of this hotel – it's simply a scandal! The only bright spot were the ladies at the front desk, especially Ms. Maria and Ms. Dina, who tried to salvage the situation, but the rest was a complete disaster. A ski lift? Yes, there is, but its condition is appalling – has anyone here ever heard of a snowcat? The access trails look like wild off-road terrain, full of gaps and bumps. You can forget about any slope preparation. The food? Awful. Monotonous, COLD, and served in appalling conditions – before you could even put anything on your plate, most of the dishes were gone. As soon as the first negative reviews appeared, the staff started pretending to improve, taking photos of every dish they served – a complete show-off. The rooms? This must be a joke. Microscopic cubicles with no storage space, and the biggest absurdity are the beds – 70 cm wide! You can't even turn around in such a "bed," let alone get a good night's sleep. And now for the real highlight – the ski room. This place looks like an abandoned den: cold, dirty, the doors are constantly open to the freezing cold, and the chairs are so dingy you're afraid to sit on them. I've never seen anything like this in a hotel! I'm adding photos because words can't quite capture what's going on there. Judge for yourself, but in my opinion, this place shouldn't be allowed to accept guests!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - I Do Not Recommend It at All My stay at this hotel was the worst experience ever, and I am extremely disappointed for the following reasons: 1. The Room: Upon check-in, I was given a very small room, and the bed was more like a massage bed in a kids’ gym – completely uncomfortable. 2. Staff Behavior: The staff, especially those working in the bar and restaurant, were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I requested a glass, I was rudely told that I couldn’t get one because it was “not included with the room.” They spoke to me in a disrespectful and loud manner, which is unacceptable. 3. Heating: The first room was freezing cold, and the heater was broken. I had to change to another room, but even the second room was not comfortable or up to standard. 4. Value for Money: The hotel is absolutely not worth the amount I paid. Compared to the service and facilities, I feel completely cheated. Honestly, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I will never repeat this experience. I do not recommend it to anyone.
