The service is wonderful, get a free bottle of wine from owner, when came to the hotel. Rooms looks like in photos of hotel. All looks nice. Wifi is good for Tbilisi. Also a very beautiful mountain view from the window. Strongly recommend for vacation trip.

We had a nice 2-day stay here. The place has a private parking, kind hosts and good rooms. It has everything you need!!

It is one of the worst hotels. To be honest, the rooms are good and the treatment is nice, but they clean once every 3 days, and they do not take the trash or change a towel unless requested. It is not considered a hotel at all.

Really nice place to stay.
Washing can be every day for free. Just needed to tell this to administrator.
They have shared kitchen, but to be honest, there is no people at all. So I was using it without any sharing:)
Owner, all admins and staff were really kind and friendly. Someone was bad at English, but we have solved this with translator. There is a free Wi-Fi in all building.
I got 2 presents from the owner for staying in Amser hotel for 3 weeks: Local wine and Rkatsiteli.
I will definitely come back here!

Everthing was perfect! Very modest,decent place. Very nice place to stay. Staff are wonderful and they are helping you with everthing so much. The host very heplful and lovely. Great new apartment, near to supermarket just few minutes away, quality justified the price, a well functioning refrigerator, great tv in the room, beds are so comfortable, room is very clean, bathrooms are so clean, towels are so clean, beds are so clean, some hotels they don't have hair dryer but in here you can find everthing! You have you own private balcony you can have romantic night in the balcony with wine with your friends or wife or husband. If you are coming with group this is hotel that you will love! The staff are amazing and professional!! The location is very easy to find! The service is amazing also they don't say "NO" always they are trying to do the best for you and for your comfort. The loved the owner because he cares about his customers comfort. I have million words to right here about this hotel because i am in love with this place!! 100% i would recommend this place!! Next time if am gonna come to Tbilisi again for sure this hotel is my favorite!! Thank you for everthing!!
