The swimming pool had no lights. No clear directions.
Receptions are hidden behind a bar and no wish to talk information come out very hard
The only good thing there is house keeping for cleaning rooms were there every day

This is room card if you lost you pay 50 euro I said ok
Room non smoking if we catch you smoking you will pay 500 euro I said ok
Go to the room : 2 lifts serving 13 floor :) so waiting time was super long
The hotel is between 2 cars services Kia and Nisan :)
