Great hotel conveniently situated on the side of the road. Good secure parking for motorcycles, good food in the restaurant and helpful staff. What more can a weary traveller ask for?

My family and I planned the stay this hotel but unexpectedly sadly we lost our grandma while we are on our trip and we couldn't stay. The owner and staff was so nice and understand our situation. I am truly grateful for them. I would like to thank them here again ❤️🙏

The room was very big, and the host was very nice, but doesn't speak any english, so brush up on Georgian or Russian!
Unfortunately the shower has no curtain, so showering puts the whole bathroom unterwater. Also, the shower drain had a smell coming from it which was unpleasant. Breakfast was simple and ample. Some reading lights by the bed would be nice, so the main light doesn't have to stay on all the time. We didn't try the restaurant.

During 5th days nobody come to clean the room not even to renew the towels. Last night left us without hot water. Restaurant in front to much noise. Food is awful. From menu available only two three dishes and even that will be over burned or over salty. Do not recommend.

One of the worst hotels we stayed at in Georgia. It was overpriced for their room, breakfast, and location.
The hotel was under serious construction when we arrived. Our room was on the 3rd floor. We walked up a concrete spiral staircase without any railing, carrying our luggage. There was no other way to get to our room except through this unfinished staircase. If you're concerned about safety, then stay somewhere else.
The room was barely warm with an old oil furnace. It was 2 degrees (*C) that morning outside, and we were freezing in the room. Thank goodness the shower was warm (not hot).
Our breakfast consisted of bread and butter, cheese, some tea bags, and a couple hard boil eggs. Nothing hot was served. We had to knock on the kitchen door for some hot water for our tea. NO COFFEE was available. Again, we were freezing sitting in the dining room.
