Amazing place and amazing workers!! So far the best hotel we have been. Place is clean and warm everywhere (winter time). Beds are comfortable, room big and clean and hot shower. The owner helped us a lot, we had problems with our rental car and he helped us to find a solution. Let us stay longer in the hotel. Offered wine and tea for us. He knows a lot about his country. Talking with him you feel welcome, warm and relax. Thanks again for everything! For sure we will come back!!!

Best hotel in Kutaisi !!! Amazing people, familiar atmosphere, rooms so clean and comfortable and very good breakfast

Good hotel. The manger is super nice and helpful. He treated us with delicious homemade wine and gave some with us 😊

Nice hotel, friendly staff, ask for Bakari he is amazing, funny, helpful, gave us all the information that we needed about the city, and arranged a van for our daily trips "cheaper than any taxi from the city"
The hotel looks new, established in 2019 I think, breakfast is included, about 10 minutes by car to the city center.
We had a bad smell from the toilet in one of our 3 rooms. The cleaner put some chemicals and it's better now.

They took me in last minute, it was a wonderful clean quiet room, with secure parking and 5 star hospitality! Superb!

If you want to stay in a nice hotel but feel like you stayed in a Georgian family - you must come here. The manager is extremely helpful and shows how the famous Georgian hospitality looks like. Also the room was great well equipped:
