This is our second time visiting Georgia, and this time we are traveling to Turkey in transit. We decided to spend our day in Georgia once again at this favorite hotel of ours. The hotel is very cozy, offers comfortable conditions, is spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely polite and attentive.
The restaurant deserves special mention — the food is so delicious that, without exaggeration, it is one of the best restaurants in the world for us.
We highly recommend this place to everyone! ⭐️

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel Host (Sukhan) made us feel at home.
Always welcoming and attentive in helping us arrange travel for sightseeing. Excellent breakfast spread.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!

The hotel was really nice and I had such a great time. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room we stayed in was super comfortable — it’s the first time I’ve ever slept so well. It was clean, tidy, and had a beautiful view of the forest with amazing weather. The restaurant food was also really delicious. One day, I’ll definitely come back to this place

Our stay here was excellent. The owner (almost always on site) was super friendly and attentive to questions and requests.
The restaurant at the top level was good with decent food and reasonable prices so if you don't feel like going out for lunch or dinner at a restaurant it's a good option. The breakfast served was good with enough variety and fresh vegetables and fruit.
On our last morning we had to leave very early for a day long drive before the restaurant opens for breakfast. The owner was kind enough to offer to prepare lunchboxes for us and brought it to our rooms the night before. We each got sandwiches with cheese, boiled eggs, cucumber, tomato and bottled water and coke to have a long the way.
Though we didn't get to use it since we were too busy sightseeing, the pool in the lowest floor is warmed and really nice.

Nice hotel in Borjomy. Located 5 min of driving from city center in a quiet area. There is a small indoor swimming pool for the kids. The breakfast is also very good in terms of Georgia. The hotel is very new and very white colored.
There is nothing to do there so consider booking this hotel only if you need it for bed & breakfast.

The weakest part is that there is no hotel stuff in this place. Sulkhan is the only one who knows English, all others just stay there to keep and watch. Every small request, they call Sulkhan.
Also, the checkout was a poor experience as we put the luggage in the car and they sent one of the kids to keep us that we will not leave before checking the rooms

the staff were so friendly and helpful all of them were amazing. They helped us with everything even the taxi driver, and getting a bus. the rooms were so good and clean they have so many activities in the hotel I recommend everyone to visit it

A beautiful, new, and clean family hotel. The reception is excellent. Thank you very much. The room has been upgraded. The place is quiet and beautiful, and the service is excellent.
There is a bidet in the bathroom.
The hotel is distinguished, and the effort is excellent. I recommend it to families looking for peace and quiet.
There is no room service. You can only eat in the restaurant.
The restaurant is excellent, and the view is wonderful.
At night, the situation is a little scary, given that we are in the middle of the mountains.
