Amazing location.
Rooms are very comfortable and clean. As a family of 5, we had one double room, and one room for three.
The bathroom is great. Everything seems to be new and very well maintained.
Service is wonderful.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights.
The hotel is new or renovated, the rooms are clean and nice, the heating system is very good and quite warm, daily cleaning is a little insufficient but it wasn't a problem for us, there was a problem with the bathroom drain, we mentioned it when we were leaving, I'm sure they would have found a solution if we had told them beforehand. Mr. Nika was very helpful, he supported us by phone at all times, and Ms. Ina was also very kind and helpful, we would like to thank them for their help.

For my first trip to Georgia, I chose a hotel through the Ostrovok website. I will say that Falcon Boutique Hotel was 4 out of 4 on my list. But later I chose this hotel. And I have never regretted it. This is a new modern hotel. From the reception to the chic terrace, you can see that everything here is done with taste and imbued with love. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bed with a comfortable mattress and an airy-warm blanket, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a bottle of water (upon check-in), slippers, a hairdryer. The bathroom has soap and shower gel. Depending on the season, you can use the air conditioning in the room or turn on the heating. The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed every other day, bed linen is changed every 3 days. The hotel has excellent free Wi-Fi. Also, if you wish, without leaving the hotel, you can buy excursions. P.S: A huge thank you to ALL the hotel staff for their warmth and hospitality.

New, small and very cozy hotel. Cleanliness at the highest level, everything is thought out in the rooms, comfortable mattresses, there is a safe and a refrigerator, a great terrace on the roof. All the sights are within easy reach. Many thanks to the staff for their responsiveness. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel
