After you pay and out about the above, the reception staff and their manager say we don’t give money back and offer you another set of mystery stained towels.
Also located on a high hill away from the city on extremely narrow roads.
The room smelled of mold and sewage, the air conditioner barely worked for 4 days, the TV didn't work, the beds were really stinky, and the pillows too, and only once did they change our towels, which also didn't smell like laundry, even on the balcony, the entire ceiling is full of mold and vegetables, the Ministry of Health should close this hotel until they take care of all the defects, once again, I don't recommend you ruin your vacation by booking a room there, we are considering suing them for the damage they caused us! The room was on the fourth floor!!!
Called them immediately, explained the situation.
They were quite cooperative and decided to accept my cancellation without charging me for the night(As is their policy on Booking.com)

Then came the unpleasant surprise: we checked in at 8 a.m., and upon checkout, they charged us for a full day. Apparently, the hotel doesn't understand such early check-ins, and they categorically refused to charge us for half a day, only for the full night. The management isn't customer-focused and isn't friendly.
The price on Booking.com was cheaper than the hotel's.
The palace was dirty, the balcony wasn't cleaned, and the floor was dirty. The pillows weren't the most comfortable.
For the price, the quality wasn't there. I don't recommend this hotel.
