We had an amazing stay at this charming boutique hotel in Tbilisi! Small but absolutely beautiful with a personal touch, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotless rooms. The homemade breakfast was delightful, fresh, and hearty, with everything freshly baked. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—right by Rustaveli Metro, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Georgia!

Excellent hotel with a personal touch. Not one of these hotels that feel unpersonal. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, breakfast is fresh and delicous, location is great. Would definitly come back here

The hostess was very welcoming, the room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel is in a great location. It's right outside the popular shopping area, 5 minutes from the subway, and there's a supermarket and McDonald's right outside. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, making it a perfect place to relax during the CityWalk. The showers are also very good, and you can enjoy stargazing from the small courtyard. A truly wonderful experience.

was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel.

Boutique Stay in Tbilisi was a fantastic experience. The owner, Natia, was truly special—knowledgeable, an excellent cook, and very welcoming. Every evening when we returned around 10 PM, she engaged us in fascinating conversations and showed genuine interest in our culture. The rooms were always spotless, and the location was perfect—close to everything. Breakfast was delicious and varied, just as you’d expect in a boutique hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Natia, the owner of this beautiful hotel, created such a nice experience for us! She is the best example of Georgian hospitality, was always ready to help and prepared a delicious breakfast that had a great variety and many home-made products (cheese, baked goods, sour cream, compote…). The coffee was also good. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and with a cozy balcony, had a mini bar and bath robes. We really enjoyed the comfort and hospitality and wished we could stay there for longer :)

Wonderful little family hotel. The owner pays a lot of attention to details, and gets up very early to bake for the delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great shower that doesn’t spray everywhere. Large, good-to-sleep-in bed. Two pillows per person: a thin one and a thicker one. Just like in a luxury hotel! (Actually, that’s how the whole stay felt: all the comforts of an expensive hotel-but with the personal touch and attention of a family place). Queue side street with parking in front of the hotel. Very close to the Rustaveli Metro station (they even gave us a card for the Metro, but you can also pay by credit card). Old town is also a just a 15-20 walk away. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Great location near Rustaveli Metro station, close to museums and restaurants.. Owner-operator, very friendly Nadia who is very helpful and accomodating to guests. Great breakfast in quiet setting.
