Museum Hostel in Tbilisi

I don’t know how this place has gotten 4 stars rating. 😅 Like many who had stayed and given their review, I can’t agree more. This place is full of long term residents and they are noisy, going from room to room to talk, eating and drinking inside the room. This is practically their “house”. Since there are long term residents in this hostel, they cook a lot and the ventilation in the kitchen isn’t the best but still can survive. The toilet smell a bit and isn’t very clean. I been here for just one night and already killed on bed bug.

Also bad immigration people there ..
Two toilet for more than 30 person..

Many things are more can say ..

But none to choose between sleeping there or street..

I got stolen my charger ..
And also my bread..

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. Nobody cares!!! Filthy and not matching the ads… Sorry but I’m disappointed and had hard time to sleep with bunch of people walking around with the way through. Smoking desert….🤷🏻♂️

Stayed there for a night and next day I'm asked to leave even if there is a space there and online, girl said it's all booked. Lots of shady guests they mess up the whole room, toilet and kitchen, one of them yells at 7am without a reason. Location is good but not central. Doesn't worth the cost you can find better hostels in the city.

This hostel is a rat hole, dirty, broken beds and the staff really rude, specially the blond long hair guy.
Initially I payed for 4 nights but finally I left the place after the first night, bed bugs all around.

The toilets are the must disgusting I ever saw, worse then public toilets.
The pictures that they show don’t correspond AT ALL to the place, disgusting.
And I dont know why they put that name « museum » since they are located far far in the suburbs and the area have no interest.
Better to pay a little bit more and go a really nice hostel like « Fabrika Hostel », there is clean, nice and central.
Another stupid thing about them: you just can pay by cash or by georgian card : really smart for a international hostel

I do not recommend staying here at all. The rooms didn’t look like they looked in the photos at all. The area is dodgy, the hostel is TINY, there is only one bathroom for all of the guests, and it’s a disgusting one. I didn’t use it at all cause I was so disgusted. Some people live there permanently, which really makes me feel bad for them. The rooms are loud and smelly because of the closeness to the kitchen. The beds are uncomfortable. The only good thing is the service, the receptionist is a really nice guy, I’m not sure why he works there :(

Very bad location if you take a public transport. Also, it is on the second floor in an old building. The manager and owner are rude Russians, and they only care about your money. I can't see any good things about this hostel. Very dirty, dark rooms with many refugees.

DO NOT recommend staying here! The rooms didn’t look like they uploaded the photos at all. The rooms are very messy. The Russian manager is a racist because he treats western people very nice whereas he seems to hate east Asians, and Russian owner is rude. The location is a joke because it is far away from the bus station. If you come Tbilisi with heavy luggage, it would a nightmare because you need to walk on a hill, walking 200 meters, climb two floors to get there. Bad management! When I arrived there, the racist didn't even know my booking.

So my booking review was deleted- and that is why I’m not surprised the other comments are just so good.
It was the most disgusting toilet I have seen in my life- I avoid to use it. Smell of the fried oil everywhere, the rooms just dirty.
I feel very sorry for all the people living in such conditions/ lots of the guesses just lived in the hostel for months/
The receptionist was a very nice and helpful guy, but it doesn’t mean that it’s a good place to stay.

When we arrived, I did a quick check for bed bugs on my mattress. I found multiple of them around the edges of the mattress and on my sheets. When the other guests and I notified the manager, he took little action. We immediately left and we recommend you to do the same
