Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for 3 nights where we were warmly welcomed in by Sally. The warmth and vibrance of the hotel’s location are a great escape from modern city life. The feeling of staying in hotel GT is like staying in a home rather than just a hotel. The staff is wonderful and Sally made our stay memorable and took good care of us. The staff were very accommodating for breakfast where they even provided us with food to go when we couldn’t stay. There’s a restaurant in the building right in front of the hotel which serves delicious halal Georgian food. There are a lot of wonderful shops and places to visit around the hotel that are within walking distance.

This hotel totally lost their credit! We have booked the room 2 month before the trip from Agoda, and made the call to the front desk to make sure we would arrive. However, when we arrive after 12 hours flight at 11:55 pm, they refuse us to check in!!!! Unbelievable!!! The women at front desk kept talking about the problem with Agoda, but there were so much time and chance for them to tell us in advance!!!! But NO ONE DID THAT!!! AND she said there is no family room provided as we booked. At that midnight, we, including a child, just wanted to have a rest in a room already booked two month ago. None of the problem or misunderstanding was caused by us. At last, we change to another hotel at midnight. Thanks for the Hotel Cordata, gave us the last room, and warm welcome. The GT Hotel? VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!EXTREMELY BAD HOTEL!!!

The location in the old town makes it easy to walk around. There's a restaurant downstairs; you can try the Georgian dumplings. They're huge, so order 5-10, as you won't be able to finish more. You can borrow a kettle from the front desk. The room was decent.

The location of the hotel is simply fantastic! You can walk so many landmarks without any problem. The place has a home feeling with friendly staff. They added good value to the overall satisfaction of my first trip to Georgia. Not for those who like luxury but a quiet corner in the center of Old City

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.

also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

Highly recommend this breakfast — and huge compliments to Rima for making it unforgettable!

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
