Broken ac. Broken toilet. Close by to the metro and stores. Has a kitchen but limited. They turn off gas at night and morning until the worker turns it on. Some people live here. Bedrooms are somewhat unkept. The administrator barely speaks any English. Stay away from this hostel if you can

The room was barely cleaned, the woman checking in was rude and didn't know how to communicate with guests. It was very unpleasant to be there and disgusting to be in that filthy place.

Terrible service. I arrived at the hotel at noon, and there was no one to greet me. They said the owner wasn't home and wouldn't be back for three hours, which was 3 PM local time. The owner didn't return until almost 4 PM, and after she came back, she just greeted me briefly and asked me to wait 15 minutes until she had lunch before checking me in. The service was terrible. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Isn't checking me in the first thing you should do when you arrive?

My friend and I stayed for one night. The room was extremely dirty, shared shower was filthy.I dropped a phone under the bed, the floor looks like it was not washed for months. Huge mold patch in the corner. They need to fix things, for sure.
