Blossom hostel in Tbilisi

The receptionist was a young man who was extremely arrogant and rude. For instance, when checking out, he simply chose to ignore it. And when dealing with guests who had poor English skills, he chose to be impatient and unfriendly. However, I chose a hotel run by a Russian, and the Russian landlord did not selectively discriminate or be unfriendly towards the guests based on their English proficiency. Moreover, the Russian landlord was very skilled at using online digital products. Tbilisi is very beautiful, and I will come again next time. But this youth hostel has been added to my blacklist.

I came to check-in : the place wasn’t like the pictures and it kinda seemed unsafe for a solo women to be honest. It was 9 am and a man was already drinking alcohool in the living room. I left and found another place.

I rarely give 1 or 2 stars but honestly I didn't like this place. Ofc it's very cheap, so it's good to save money, but beds and facilities aren't enough. The guy at the reception was nice but it couldn't help me with any recommendations because of his poor english. Honestly if I'll visit Tblisi again I wouldn't go there.

To get a five from me this hostel has
1. Step up cleaning 300%
2. Replace grey flimsy bedlinen
3. Old mattresses are beyond rescue and need to be replace
4. Create a welcoming vibe for travellers

I was thinking of going in with a friend and staying overnight and we were horrified by the state of the hostel itself, everything looks very tired (tables, chairs, kitchen and everything in general), the walls are dirty (as if someone walked on them), we didn’t go in any further, because we were afraid to imagine what could have been there, and we immediately left there and went to look at other options on booking and saw them again, and they have as many as 3 pages called Blossom and Shine, but the prices are different, 15 and 20 lari, the most interesting thing is that in these photos on booking they have beautiful photos (apparently when the hostel first opened), but now the condition is ten times worse, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were bedbugs on the beds themselves, as some people have already written here, the administrator himself was friendly but looked very tired (as if he was sitting there as a hostage), I highly recommend against anyone planning to stay here, look for other options, or it’s easier to stay the night on a bench. I once decided to study the reviews on booking, and the fact that a year ago, according to the reviews, it was the same, apparently the manager of this hostel is engaged in pumping money out of his guests but does not want to invest anything, and this is terrible. I repeat, whoever is going to stay here, I strongly do not recommend this place.
