A small hint for future guests. To use at same time refrigerator and microwave, and electric kettle, you may need to bring your own "surge protector" with 3 outlets. Glad we always bring one during the travels.

Very greedy and selfish owners. I booked this one by mistake, which I realized immediately and asked them politely for refund. But they didn't even want to listen. They just want to grab your money and they don't care about your problems.

The hotel is in a great central location in Vera district, one of the oldest district in Tbilisi. Mia Old Tbilisi is Located on quiet small street, with one of the the best neigbourhoods around, (Supermarkets,restaurants,cafes/Bares) The hotel has also nice terrace, where you can sit and have pleasant rest with mountain view...Owners Mia lady and her son Nikoloz were super hosts, very friendly and helpful owners, the room price was quite affordable and much more value if you compare to similar properties in neighbourhoods. Highly recommend place if you are looking for budget value holiday in old part of Tbilisi

Very Nice & calm atmosphere. Very close to many supermarkets & shops for vegetables & fruits. - Close to Bus Stops. - Very Safe place. -Nicolas is too friendly & helpful person, -Ms. Mia is taking high care about cleaning & hygiene .

We booked the hotel from booking.com. Wanted to check the rooms but were denied by the staff and were told that 'this is not a game and if you booked you have to stay'. Moments later the owner came and rejected to give us the room. He did not mention any specific reason but kept saying these things:
- you are 5 boys
- you are staying only 1 night
- you are paying very low cost.

First, there is the hypocrisy. We were told that we cannot go back on our booking but apparently that does not apply to the host.very convenient

If having 'boys only' is an issue then it should be mentioned on the page so we know before we book

If you want a higher price, then you should ask for a higher price on booking.com.

If staying for one night only is an issue then you should also mention that in your page

It’s very nice hotel with great location and it feels like home, the location is near everywhere so you don’t need a taxsi, everything is near and best price and location, very nice stuff and friendly

Mia Mini Family Hotel is located on very quiet street on the top of mountain Mtatsminda, about 10 minutes walking distance from Rustaveli Avenue and about 25 minutes walking away from Funicular tram station. There are also two 24 Hours Supermakets: Nikora & Spar within 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Owners of the hotel Mia and Nikoloz are very kind and hospitable people. They treated me like I was at home. You should definitely taste Mia's daily rich homemade Breakfast, Lunch and Diner while Nikoloz will invite you to taste Georgian homemade wine and other spirits from their small Bar. Also I strongly recommend everyone to take Nikoloz's city tour packages for memorable and adventurous experiences while you are in Georgia

Very hospitable hosts Mia and Niko,good location,quite near from city centre Rustaveli & Freedom square,good size room with all necessary facilities,friendly and warm family atmosphere,felt like being home.I highly recommend this lovely place to everyone.

Hospital hosts, comfy rooms and clean bathrooms - all you need for a good night stand. Short walk to the funicular with a magnificent views from the top of the mountain :)
