Winetorium Mini-Hotel in Tbilisi

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The only good thing about the hotel was its location. It's truly in the center and easy to reach the nearest landmarks. The service was terrible; the owner didn't understand English well and didn't want to let us in, even though he had sent confirmation. However, he needed several reminders before that, so be aware of that.

The room constantly smelled of dust, and the air was never fresh despite the windows being open all the time. It needed proper cleaning. The floor was uneven, the shower was leaking everywhere, and towels and bed linen were not changed for 4 days. We had to buy toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo ourselves. We needed every day massage because this bed and pillows were too bad.

I can’t recommend this place

I booked a hotel room through the Ostrovok service. A few hours before my scheduled check-in, while I was already on the road, the hotel sent me an email informing me of a water supply issue: "Due to a water main failure in room 4, the water supply will be restored by 11:30 PM. We apologize." Even though the lack of water didn't bother me, they refused to let me check in. They also refused to cancel my reservation.

If you want enjoy your trip don't try it, we book from booking but he canceled our booking without any reason! No answer to call no answer to WhatsApp or booking app!
I love georgian people and it's unbelievable for us! One man stand out of building and said he canceled your booking I asked why they said I don't know maybe because you want stay only one night!

We inform him that we are going to his place and he read our message but he didn't say anything!
