Don't rely on their words.

We rented a room for the night, just to sleep, to wait for the plane. Booking confirmed the price of 50 GEL. Upon arrival, the administrator demanded 65 GEL from us. We gave 70, the administrator promised to return the change later and did not give it back. There were cockroaches in the hotel itself, there was one small one in the room and a hefty scary one in the bathroom.
But most of all, the administrator herself strained. When we went to bed she called us on the phone. I went out, asked you called, do you have a question?
