Best stay in tibilisi . Very near to center. Excellent service and well maintained and clean

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem.
The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi.
I would come back here again.

I probably booked around New Year's, so it was quite expensive and not really worth the price I paid. However, the hotel room itself was decent, very spacious, and even had a balcony. The only downside is that the football field behind the hotel was very noisy at night, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

We spent in this hotel last 2 days of our trip. Amazing spa, good gym and room we had. The most important thing I want to share that this hotel has the best hospitality I’ve ever had in Tbilisi. If we needed smth they did it immediately. And in our last day we had 10 more hour before the flight and hotel allowed led to leave our luggage in storage. That’s a good point from their side.

Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning:
1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands.
2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me.
If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.

There was a construction going on beside the hotel, no one informed us. Couldn’t sleep or rest at all, when we informed, they didn’t care, they can’t do anything. I got 3 room cards and I had check out early, there was only 2 cards with me other card was in the room. I was already late for airport, the night staff said; They need to check the room otherwise there would be a charge. I told him to charge right now I can’t deal with this anymore it’s ridiculous. I had to pay extra money just because I left the card in the room. There is not enough bath towels or water. When I asked to night manager, got no response “Everything is closed”

The hotel could be better if it wants to.
Our room was decent, but the bed was not up tp standard for this brand of hotel. The sheets were mismatched, and the bed was not properly done.
Glasses and cups were not properly cleaned.
The best part is the front desk staff, Saba. He is great and professional, and went the extra mile to show us the hotel features.
Breakfast was plenty and decent.
Location is about 15 minutes walk from the old city with grocery stores and cafes around
Good value for money hotel.
The pool area is ok for hanging out on a hot day.

Location not at city centre, but not far away, walking distance. Pool has too much chlorine, no sauna or change room, a little disappointed. Otherwise, nice room, bathroom, good view of mountains, nice restaurant with good choices for wine and dishesm loved the stay

They will charge you extra for everything if you are going for breakfast, you will get only black coffee. If you want cappuccino and other, they will charge you. If you ask Omlate, they will charge you so limited options in breakfast and top of the floor. There is a restaurant bar which play the music till 1 o’clock in the night rooms are very small. This is like a business Hotel.
